I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis diagnosed 10 months ago, it has been quite a life changing year. I needed a wheelchair to help for days out etc. I found out about Active Mobility from an NHS waiting list. I had a look at their website and found just what I was looking for very quickly and very easily

Brilliant! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable people at the phone end. Calls answered quickly and no enquiery too much trouble.
The goods arrived when and where stated with a quick delivery time. It was well packaged and sturdy - just what I needed.
Can't fault them. - Do you have 6 stars???

I needed to order from them to ensure my mobility and their service and the way they carried it out, did that 100%. When I placed my order, it was sent speedily and perfectly and I now won't hesitate to order again from them.

I have a 90 year old mother-in-law who insists she does not want to be looked after full time. She has the mind of a 60 year old but is now getting the problems of a 90 year old body. She recently passed out and in falling also banged her head and she was in and out of conciousness for best part of an hour. It looks like low bloody pressure was the problem. The phone we purchased would have enabled her to press for help through the phone on one of the six numbers and key holders programmed in. The company itself was very helpful and the phone arrived very quickly and gave us all peace of mind. Thank you

I am diabetic, and need special socks, this company stock diabetic socks, I have recently received my 2nd order for them, they are so comfortable, almost seam free which is required by diabetics. The price is much cheaper than similar socks from other companies, and the service is 2nd to none. I had confirmation of my order being dispatched within 12 hours of placing,even on a weekend which surprised me. If only Royal Mail good reach the same speed and standards of this company.

I wanted nice weighted cutlery for my daughter in stainless steel, I saw it advertised at a lot of places but could not find it in stock untill I tried Active Mobility Centre. I rang to check they could deliver and recieved it the next day. Excelent service.

This is the first time I used this site and was impressed with how quick the item I ordered was dispatched and delivered. I ordered some wheelchair gloves for use in wet weather and they were with me within 2 days. The price for them was cheaper then other sites I had visited so all in all very happy. Will use Active Mobility Centre again.

Iv always found dealing with this company a pleasent experience. I think that with the MD been in a wheelchair himself he appreciates what people with special needs require and he goes alweays goes that extra mile to help.

I ordered the item with the hope of delivery by the following week for my mums birthday , I was amazed to take delivery of my order the very next day ! I rang and spoke to a member of the sales team to thank them and ask advice on another product , and found them extremely helpful and knowledgable and not 'pushy' like other companies I have dealt with in the past . I will definately be ordering from Active Mobility in the future and would recommend them to anyone , it's nice to find a company that will bend over backwards to help you and not just take your money without a second thought for the customer .

I'm really glad I ordered from Activemobility because they really looked after me very well. A lady from the shop rang me to check some details about what I needed and she was very reassuring. She said I could phone back any time which is really nice because most companies now just don't let you speak to a real person at all.

I have used the Active Mobility website to buy things for my elderly parents for a few years now and always find it easy to get around and find the things I need. Delivery is usually pretty quick and whenever I have had a query it has always been answered quickly.

As soon as the item was ordered two things happened. I recieved a email telling me that my order had been dispatched would be delivered in 5 to 10 days - and my credit card was debited immediately.
After 12 days when the item had not arrived I sent an email which produced a phone call; and then another phone call two days later saying that the item had now been dispatched and would arrive in next two days. The delivery company then did the 'leave a card even though there was someone at home' act and so delivery is now re-arranged for tomorrow. This will be 16 days after the email telling me I could expect my order in 5 to 10 days. The value of the order was £450 and so far I have not recieved the goods.

The Step-Two bath step has made exiting my shower much more comfortable. The high stepdown from shower to bathroom floor was becoming more and more of a worry. The bath step has given me security again. Its a simple item in white which looks fine in the bathroom. It has to be said that the price for, what is basically a simple plastic moulding was daunting, but I would not be wothout it now.

I found what I wanted very quickly and within 3 days my aunt was benefitting from a new Kyllie which makes all our lives easier.
