Ordered at 1.30pm Received approx 9am following day. How is that for service?

Good range of products. Goods arriving quickly if in stock.excellent company to deal with.

Had a minor hiccup at first (sent the wrong item.....but it happens) I sent an e-mail as soon as I realised this. Had a reply almost immediately, apologising and stating that they would send out the correct item with an envelope and postage to return the wrong item. It came the next day! How cool is that!?

Surprised to find not "made in China" . Easy to fit, and good quality I would not hesitate to buy from this supplier again

The product is perfect for our needs as my Elderly Mother keeps falling over so, it will be getting lots of use in the future. I found the Product manual to be not very user friendly. Larger print and clearer instructions would have been a great help.

The sales team were very helpful during the whole process of ordering and assisting us in deciding which hoist would most suit our needs.

The one thing about the service which I found most disappointing was the fact that they only have one delivery person. I am disabled and hurt my back helping the driver bring the hoist indoors. The item is very expensive and very heavy, They are being sold to elderly and disabled people, another assistant on delivery would make so much more sense.

Took my money immediately, on a promise to deliver in a few days (early May). Telephoned to say it will now be the end of May. No explanation offered.

20th May still waiting.

I recently purchased a Putnam bed leg rest. It arrived the next day!

just to let you know that im now zooming about my shopping centre like a young thing thanks to my lightweight walker half the weight and twice as stable as my old one .Fast delivery and a good price and so easy to assemble I can recomend this to everyone who needs a little help to get around.

I had not heard of Active Mobility Centre Ltd, I found them as a result of looking for a splade (fork, knife & spoon all in one) I looked at a number of sites before finding yours. All I keyed into my search box was knife fork spoon all in one disability uk. I was really impressed as the delivery charges seemed reasonable as was the description on items.
I would certainly use again as the site was easy to use, reasonable price and I was surprised how quickly my order came. Thank You.

In spite of VAT free condition offered, and further mention that the Credit would show at the end of the transaction, it did not. I declared myself an amputee and I have a Dis-baled Driver card.

I consider myself duped!
