I ordered wheelchair tyres sometime quite late in the afternoon. I got a prompt confirmation that the order, received was soon dispatched and I think they were here the next day.

I bought a power chair from Active Mobility after being shown different models and try
them out on the pavement in front of the shop. Staff were very helpful and helped me
choose the power chair required for my needs. Delivery was quick and prompt with
everything checked, I will use Active Mobility again.

Very fast , easy to order, spoke to an assistant on the phone with a request and they sorted my problem out in a flash.

i have already emailed about the problem with my order but no response. i was expecting a grab rail that was all blue but infact the 3 fixing parts are white which looks quite odd. i shall be returning item shortly hoping either for a refund or a completely blue item

Have just received a product from Active Mobility Centre to help clean my feet.
As you know trying to reach my feet after four spinal fusions was mission impossible.
Loved the product they sent me and most important of all it really works very well.
I can now stand in the shower knowing that my once impossible to reach feet will now end up as clean as the rest of me.
I shall use them again in a heartbeat.

I was very please with both the speed of the delivery, and the quality of the product. My father is really happy with it, making it much easier to get in and out of his front door. He finds rubber grips on the handle make it much safer for him.

The goods haven't arrived i've chased once and will be doing so again today. I dont have time for this. Given that i'm ordering on behalf of my very elderly Uncle and Aunt it's a good job that they didnt try to do this themselves as it would have caused so much stress.

After looking through various websites and not finding the exact thing I wanted, I came across Active Mobility Centre Ltd which had the fleece foot muff I was looking for, for my elderly mother perfect as I did not want one with electric built in.

Also the delivery was very quick too.

We received the shower support rail within the week of the order. It is exactly what we wanted, as we are slightly less sure in the shower than we were.
It is very substantial and provides confidence that either of us could grab hold of something if we needed to.

I purchased the padded folded seat for the tub. I have an injury to my pelvis, hip and sacroiliac, and am very, very lean. I have been searching and searching for something to be able to use in the tub and this site offered an affordable and practical solution. The communication was wonderful and the item shipped very quickly. I would be a repeat customer and would recommend this company.

I bought a Bath Buddy as I have problems with my Knee and getting in and out of the bath was not easy or I did not feel safe.I searched the Internet and liked the look of the Bath Buddy seemed ideal for my problem.
Ordered over the internet and then received a phone call form Active Mobility to ask if either of us were disabled I mentioned my Husband was a Diabetic and was Informed I would be able to have this without paying VAT which saved a considerable amount as a Diabetice person was considered as having a disabilty.
It was very good of the Company to inform me of this as this was a saving and perhaps other companies would have just taken the order and not checked to find out.
So thank you to Active Mobilty .
Bath Buddy arrived and was tested very easy to set up and was excellent I can now get in and have a bath really easilly we did a dry inflation first as recommended to get the feel of using this wished I had purchased one years ago.
They were very helpful to deal withy and would recommend to anyone else.
The only problem Is once I have It set up my Husband seems to beat me to the Bathroom to use it first as he also find It helps.
