Highly recommend!
As a small time jewellery collector and history enthusiast I can honestly say that Addy's Vintage is my favourite jewellery store on or off the internet. Every transaction has been smooth, communication has been excellent, items have reached me in a timely manner, and Erin has even been so wonderful as to help me find pieces for my collection when I'm not even buying from her! She goes above and beyond.

Absolutely Fantastic!
Erin provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly she responded to my initial questions and the care she took to ensure I had exactly what I need when I needed it. She communicated clear expectations throughout and I am very pleased with all of the items I’ve ever purchased from her. Clearly this business cares about their customers and the quality of their products and service.

DO NOT TRUST Addys Vintage
I bought an engagement ring from Addys and later took it back to be resized. During this time they lost it and I was left on the day of engagement without a ring. The person who ran the store was extremely rude and unwilling to help in anyway - other than selling me another ring which she promised to refund when mine showed up. Mine never showed up and the company kept stalling on refunding the money, and have not been transparent with the insurance claim being made - leading me to believe they are trying to profit off the insurance. Their awful service cost me a lot of money to which they showed zero care factor for. I would not buy anything of value from them!! I have full email records of my dealing with them and am currently waiting on an ombudsmen claim to resolve this ongoing saga.

We can only apologise that your item was lost in transit. We did make every effort to locate your item with our postal carrier, and to offer you alternative solutions. We are sorry that the alternative solutions we offered whilst our postal carrier investigated the delayed item were incompatible with your tight deadline.
Upon learning that our postal carrier was not able to locate the missing item, and receiving official word it was declared lost, we issued you a full refund within the hour.
We would like to be clear that should an item get lost in transit, it is a financial loss for us. We do not, as you have suggested, profit on losses. We much rather sell pieces, and deliver the goods and service our customers expect.
