Admiral Law made the process very clear, and always kept me upto date through the portal. It was easy to load any documents they requested.

I did not like communicating via the Portal. It dehumanised the process.

I’m hope you will be able to claim back my £600 excess as I didn’t cause the accident. I still feel very unhappy that I had to pay it upfront and then their Insurance has decided not to pay my excess I feel very unhappy about it so I’m hoping that you will be successful and get my money back, thank you.

Worst experience of a service I have ever had. My accident was 3.5 years ago..im still waiting for my payout. I call to speak to people, told they will call me back they do not. Everything is so slow. I asked about further treatment a year ago, asking if it would hinder my case if I didnt go ahead. I was told it wouldn't.. well surprise surprise nearly a year later im told if I dont do it, then my claim significantly reduces. Which is a year of treatment!!!! I will not touch admiral with a barge pole moving forward. The ordeal was stressful enough and theyve just made the situation first... dont be fooled by the first person you speak to who seemed lovely.

If you dont mind waiting years, no one responding to you then this is the company for you

Very poor service for a company that we have 4 insurance policies with ad first claim for over 20 years.
Will do anything to delay or not pay.

Lack of commication it took 6 months at the start of my case to them to contact me no one returned my calls it took me to get the ombudsman involved and then every body got involved It took 23 months for my claim to be paid out so i would not recommend Admiral Law to anyone
