Great product, poorly packaged, was ripped open on arrival, just one layer of thin cardboard for a heavy product is not enough. Luckily no visible damage.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent. Product is thinner than previous orders, its still as described 2mm but previous orders were 2.5mm. Hope this doesn't impact performance. Otherwise excellent.

Great customer service and products.
I found Advanced Acoustics very helpful. I had already checked out there products online and then I visited to ask some questions about soundproofing a flat in a converted house. The person I spoke to was very helpful in giving advice and talking about their products and how to save money. I then ordered online for delivery which went relatively smoothly. The products were as described - good quality and a fair price. I would recommend Advanced Acoustics and their products.
