Ordering was reasonably painless although the website was rather slow to react to inputs. As promised delivery was next day and within the promised timescale.

The part was available on hand as stated. Shipping was on time as stated. The part meet all expectations and works well. A very suitable cost effective substitute for the Green Glue Caulk Gun.

Impressed with the quality - much better than others I’ve bought in the past from different companies. Really dense foam, cut perfectly. Great customer service too - I needed my bass traps cutting into different lengths, which wasn’t a problem. I opted to collect as I’m local, and my order was ready to collect the same day. Don’t waste your time and money by going elsewhere - just use these guys. Highly recommended.
