Gave me peace from hellish neighbours
I unfortunately have the neighbours from hell below me. They play music so loud late most nights, have the TV on full blast always and are always yelling at each other disturbing the peace in my flat. The music was so loud I could feel my floor vibrating under my feet.Talking to these people did nothing so I started looking for soundproofing solutions.
I found the underlay mat and bought it to put under the big rug in my living room and bedroom. This made a difference and I went from hearing everything they yell at each other crystal clear to it being muffled. The most effective thing was combining this with their foam acoustic mats 5mm (pack of five). With these under both rugs now I don't hear them anymore. I have listen instead quiet to hear a faint muffle. These mats have massively improved my quality of life and given me peace at last!
The underlay mat is a steal at £30 and the foam mats in a pack of 5 is just the best £75 I've ever spent!! I'm telling anyone I know with sound issues about this company.

MLV roll order
Came 3 days late, packaging was damaged on all 3 rolls I ordered exposing the MLV. The MLV was crubling on the edges and was rough on one side. MLV has some air pockets as a defect and I realised that I could have had 10% OFF my order had I been given the "Next purchase discount" coupon code before my order arrived.
Kinda wheezed off about this

We are sorry to hear about your experience. If you had informed us of the damage when the items arrived then we could have arranged for replacement rolls to be sent to you. Same with the air pockets, if we had been informed we could have replaced them for you.
The 10% discount flyer you received is actually a thank you discount for any future orders you place with us. Some people appreciate the gesture and make use of it for future purchases, some pass it onto their friends who might find it useful. We are sorry that you don't feel the same way.
Soundproofing Laid down OK
Soundproofing Laid down OK. Edges of the roll were not straight and I imagine they are cut from a large sheet on the process. Not managed to test the full effect of noise reduction but certainly does reduce noise. Tested from TV downstairs and noise reduced.
