If I could give this cowboy outfit minus stars I would. They take massive fees for depositing. You can deposit 5 times more than you can withdraw at anyone time.

The withdrawal process is an utter road blocking minefield. You have to wager 4x more than your original deposit before being allowed to make a withdrawal request. Before you can withdraw you also must send pics of your physical depositing card, proof of address is required updating every 3 months.

Every time you go to withdraw money the process takes 3 days and during that time I can guarantee you they will send an email stating there was a technical issue during the withdrawal process (this happens everytime) and you have to start the clock again for another 3 days.

This is a clear tactic in the attempt to get you to gamble your winnings away.

I could go on and on and on but I just get irate thinking about this outfit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you're better off setting fire to your money than giving it to these cowboys.

Do not use any of their bonuses! I used 50 free spins and won €28, this gave me €240 in my account, once I reached the wagering requirement they took all the money out of my account and 4 days later they still haven't put it back. Their support is just dreadful, live chat is limited to a few answers, on the phone you only speak to someone that has no idea what's going on and via email they just give the same responses and ask you to be patient. They will not "close" the accounts of problem gamblers but merely lock them for 30 days, after which you will be offered incentives to return by text and email. Awful. Stay well away. I completed a wager requirement with over 2k. They took it away and said its being dealt with my technical department. Told me initially within hours, then under 24hrs then a few days. Its been 7 days now and they unable to give me a time frame. Constantly lying and deceiving me. I had several losing bet but then had a good win which I couldn’t withdraw. They needed a copy of my passport and I don’t have a passport also they required photos of my payment cards although 2 of them I no longer had. I sent them a copy of my Driving License but insisted they could only except a passport. There was no way I could produce a copy of the 2 cards I didn’t have anymore so basically I couldn’t withdraw my winnings. Complete con in my opinion.

Cons:

- Verification is painfully slow and you MUST have a Passport. Drivers licence is no good so if you don't have a Passport do not deposit!

- Withdrawals take approx 2 days to be sent to the payment provider. The payment provider then takes a further 2 days to send you your money.

- Only play at this casino if you're comfortable in withdrawing with Bitcoin. They only have Mastercard and BTC as options for withdrawals but 99% of the time they'll tell you that they can't transfer to your Mastercard because its not supported.

I can confirm that this casino is not a scam. Its actually quite decent, but the lack of Withdrawal methods and slow Withdrawal times knock it to a 3 star.

The most appalling site I have played. Winnings are small and rare. Pay-out is not even looked at for three days and if you were to win big they require even more info. There was no enjoyment, no excitement and after many deposits I realised that there are no sense of big pay-outs. Save your money and time, stay away! P.S, trying to close account? Tell them you are not in control of your gambling or the will offer you small bonus to stay and play or recommend 30 day cool off.

Bunch of thieves, not come accross another site like it!
Reccomend Cobra spins or Golden axe, although it takes around 14 days for golden axe to pay into your account.

I have only given one star review because the payouts are consistently low over time and the customer service rep I spoke to was really sarcastic to me.

I had deposited and lost my funds within about five minutes, this has happened each time I played at this casino and its just not fun. So I decided to close my account.

The customer service rep said something sarcastic like 'You can't expect your money to turn in to thousands of dollars on each spin'.
