Agree it’s a scam. Games are rigged. Deposits randomly were redirected to a Russian site asking for bank details and suggesting a deposit much larger than entered initially on their website

So where do I start,

This casino/betting website looks pretty good at first site but don't be fooled.

My initial account verification was fast and my first couple of withdraws went through with little trouble.

I have spent thousands with this provider, finally I got a few decent wins with circa €6k on my balance, must I add this was from deposits and no bonuses, I tried for 14 consecutive days to withdraw and each time they told me my payment provider is rejecting it yet it was the same one that went through in the first place, the only option they gave me as an alternative was perfect money which looks dodgy and is impossible to get verified on. I was then able to withdraw to advcash which was a new method they added recently however the initial withdraw limit was only €50. I managed to do 3 or 4 of these then had problems again.
The limit for advcash has now gone up to €2000 a Day , I tried to withdraw just €300 and was told I need to verify my account which I had already done before, they then said we no longer accept driving license as identity, and was told I needed to provide passport which I regrettably didn't want to do but I wanted my funds. I then reattempt to withdraw for several days and the next issue was that there withdraws were down and it would be resolved as soon as possible.

I personally think they prey on problem gamblers by making you wait and waste your money back on the scamming site.

You have personal managers who have no control and are pointless, the live chat is pointless as they are rude and don't help, both your account manager and chat constantly make you email payments team who don't respond.

Don't be fooled like I was, they appear to be the same company as fortuneclock casino which also have identical reviews, also for you gamblers out the maximum.casino again appear to be the same as I was getting same messages with them as well.

This is a scam casino deposits go to a Russian bank accounts and the netent games are rigged and pirated I fell for it but am now trying to chargeback my money as I have been conned when I contacted them they said they have no connection to Russia I took a screenshot of the chat as proof

This is a rogue casino I've deposited one hundred and fifty euros and it's just gone the netent games are pirates as the pay outs are really low I think the customer service,when it's available, is condescending and not very helpful stay clear save your money

This is the worst site I have ever had dealings with for customer service

Deposit site is always down
Bonuses they offer are rarely granted
Prizes they state you have won never materialise and are changed to lower values if given at all
The customer service received is condescending and so unhelpful that's if you can get to speak with any as most of the time agents are not available
Your so called personal account manager doesnt have any personal approach and apparently cant do anything to assist you when you have an issue

I would advise anyone looking to use this site to spend their money elsewhere as this site does not value you only wants your money

Also as the site makes deposits in RUB then you will be charged a currency transaction fee

Also if you are depositing for example €100 they take €106 and then add a currency transaction fee separate

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COST

This is a company that has no respect for their players.
I agree with the previous review as they are using the same tactics with me to not pay out. Keep telling me payment has been sent giving me numbers to contact my bank. You go around in circles drives you insane.
You never get your money from these rogue's so keep your money in your own hands and give this place a wide birth.
