I ordered a beautiful frame with 4 hearts for my fiancé as a wedding gift. I absolutely love the result. They sent me a draft beforehand, so that I could check that everything was correct which I really appreciated! They made it and sent it out super quickly. Unfortunately DHL took the package hostage without me knowing where it landed and Alex & Rachel were super responsive and quick to help me, so that I could retrieve my package! I couldn’t be happier. 100% recommendation!!! Thank you for everything.

Ordered a last minute anniversary gift (I left it quite late). Found a gift of happiness on Etsy and a frame/print that looked amazing so ordered and explained I needed quickly.
