Fast delivery, accurate description, good price. Good quality tool.

I placed the order and paid.
They confirmed the order and payment was received and sent me the shipping confirmation with tracking info. when I checked the tracking info it states that the order was 'cancelled'!!!
They do not answer their phones and they do not respond to emails :(
Seems loads of customers experience the same type of issue with the lack of customer service.
I will give them a few more days and then I will ask for a refund....wish me luck.

I've purchased a few tools from aim tools on ebay over the last few years, always great service and the tools are very good value, I've just started buying directly from aim tools themselves and it's the same great service but at an even better price than through eBay. I'm really happy with everything I've bought and I will continue to buy from them.

Order taken and paid for a car lift. Confirmed and delivery info from fedex sent. Email received stating I had received a refund, no reason given. I emailed toask what had happened, no reply. I had to order a similar lift elsewhere. Perfect service this time.

Paid £180, plus £20 delivery for a Katsu bench drill ZJQ4116, which arrived damaged in transit and also faulty (untapped hole, so unable to attach column) - emailed AimTools twice, no response and I couldn't find a phone number on their website to ring them. I saved £10 by buying direct from Aimtools, but I now wish I had bought from the Aimtools store on EBAY, because of EBAY's buyer protection and easy returns of faulty and/or damaged products.

As for the drill itself, a bit of a disappointment - speed change pulleys not running concentric; quill has 6-thou run-out; despite taking lots of time to set-up and fit the MT chuck it has 15-thou run-out and keeps falling out (even after using a copper hammer to drive it in!!); not very smooth when running and rattles about quite a bit; work table is nice and solid but slots for tee-nuts a bit rough; easy to tension belts with a lever, and good range of 16 speeds - my overall view, on paper a potentially good machine but let-down by poor machining and assembly at the manufacturer. I'll probably need to strip it down and inspect why it's not running true, and then perhaps change the bearings and pulleys to make it serviceable to my requirements. Would I buy it again - not sure, perhaps I'd spend a bit more on another manufacturer and (hopefully) get a more accurate machine.

I purchased the aim tools 21” floor cleaning jet washer back in Nov 2024. Two weeks ago my drive and path were replaced, so I went to use the above for the very first time with my Karcher K5 jet washer. Unfortunately the aim floor cleaning machine IS NOT compatible with Karcher jet washers and they did not want to help solve this issue. They do not state this on Amazon so you do not know until you go to use the product. What a waste of money!!!
