Item advertised as fitting Nilfisk pressure washer, it doesn't.
Contacted vendor by email informing them of this and asking about how to arrange return and refund, no response.

The product is OK with a good price and delivered on time.

Aim where really good with getting back to me. That answer all my emails .

Aim Tools may be fine if your order arrives in tact. If, as in my case, the equipment arrived badly damaged and you informed them immediately as I did, one can reasonably expect a response.. Six days later they responded and asked for additional information which I sent immediately, that was a fortnight ago. I have repeatedly asked them for either a new item to be sent or a full refund. I have heard nothing from them since the first response. Don’t deal with this company, their customer relationship is appalling. I am left with a useless piece of equipment.

Product worked, but the instructions were terrible.

I messed up some of my material because it was not obvious you had to calibrate the tool first.

I bought a replacement pressure washer hose from their Ebay shop six months ago. It was rubber hydraulic hose rated well above pressure washer pressure. The hose recently pulled out of the crimped end due to low quality manufacture nearly taking my sons hand off. I contacted Aim and because it was over the 90 days (out of the feedback time on ebay) they offered to sell me another one at a reduced price. I declined and left this review. Won't use them again. Just being honest.

Before they left the reply below I was in contact with them so don't be fooled about their apparent concern.

Purchased a Katsu part, AIM being the Katsu agent in the UK.

Initially there was an error and the wrong item was sent, not only did AIM correct the error quickly but they also asked me to keep the tool they had sent in error as a goodwill gesture.

This is how customer service is done, people get things wrong from time to time, it's how you put it right that matters and these guys know how to do that.

The site is now in my favourites bookmark for future use.

Usually order 10 tonne bottle jacks but only one in stock. Ordered the one which came quickly....great. However, amiled to ask if they were getting some more in soon and not had a response.

The process of making a purchase was efficient and quick. Once the purchase had been completed the merchandise arrived on time and it was in sound condition. Overall, it has been a satisfying experience

Purchased an hydraulic car Jack. 3 tonne. Seemed to work fine. DIY use. Perhaps 20-30 uses before the jack wouldn’t work on lifting any weight. Contacted ‘support’ line. Eventually offered either replacement ‘seals’ to fix myself or a discounted new item.. and they are clueless keyboard warriors. Emails now not answered. Reasonable price means the quality is sh*t

Ordered a plunge attachment for my Katsu router. It arrived very quickly and I am happy with the quality of the plunge base.
