Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Tried ordering a portable A/C unit for our daughter, who is studying abroad. Website said product was in stock, ready to ship. Was notified two days later that the product was out of stock and not sure when it would be back in. Two days later, they processed our payment, knowing that the product was not available. No response from company. Absolutely terrible business.

I ordered a portable air-conditioning…
I ordered a portable air-conditioning unit for my daughter who is studying abroad in London. Your website advertise the unit is in stock so we ordered it and paid extra for expedited delivery. We received an email from Aircon stating that the unit was out of stock and then they would not be able to fulfill our order. Aircon direct proceeded to charge us full price for our order, even though we weren’t going to receive the product. Email response from this company and customer service are both severely lacking and I won’t be able to recommend to other families who have students studying abroad in the United Kingdom. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank, and I am very disappointed with my overall experience.

Arrived on day
Arrived on day . Very prompt delivery . Great unit ... cools down the room well and our room is 32 foot long plus our kitchen. Been great for 5 days and temps outside getting hotter but no complaints apart from the unit being on sale for 800 four weeks ago and now 1599 :-(

Bought a really nice looking (for an…
Bought a really nice looking (for an aircon unit) dark grey/black unit from Aircon Direct, at a fairly reasonable price (for an aircon unit).
Paid for the express delivery and was delivered as promised and within the one hour timeframe. No damage during delivery so all good.
The unit came with an extendable hose, window kit, remote and was wifi compatible using the app. So plenty of techie things to play, so again all good.
Been running the unit now to cool the living room and although only 9000BTU it's really working very well. Thought it might be a bit too small, but the output is very good and keeping the room cool. Very good.
So no complaints about anything, easy to order, delivered on time, nice looing unit and does the job it was bought for.

My LG AC unit arrived with missing…
My LG AC unit arrived with missing parts , today the engineer arrived to fit .
He found that the Air filters are missing from the unit and the exterior compressor unit is missing a large external cover !
I will now have to pay the engineer to come back a second time to fit the missing parts when Aircon direct send them to me .
What a terrible experience this has been , I would not recommend an LG AC unit or Aircon direct to anyone .

Received my LG dual cool pro today .
Received my LG dual cool pro today .
The fitter arrive to fit it today and noticed there are lots of parts missing .
Air filters are missing and large cover for the exterior compressor unit.
What a terrible company to send out an AC with so many missing parts .
I am now going after book and pay agin the engineer to return to fit the missing parts when I receive them , if is receive them !

Bought air con unit and guarantee, for my elderly parents. I set it up and noticed it wasn't very cool. I had to leave , but mum said it was fine.
I got it out the year after set it up for parents and it wasn't very cool. I asked my mum and she said she thought they was as cool as it went.
So after phone calls, asking me to put it on something high, so out let pipe had to be straight out of window level wirh unit . (Difficult too do that in itself) my guarantee had then ran out and they just didn't want to know. The unit never worked properly in the beginning .
So I have a pristine unit just sitting there.

If could do no stars I would. 2 air con units bought. One clearly damaged on arrival and not packed like second unit. Sent pics to company as requested and told refund return would happen. Then told spare part being sent. Given back panel damaged was very surprised being asked to do own electrical repair. Told no onsite repair. Sent spare iten... completely wrong part. Not sure how as pics very clear. I'm awaiting refund after many emails and calls. I do not trust that refund will go smoothly. I would not recommend this company. Avoid.

Poor communication and delivery issue
Ordering the air conditioning online was straightforward. I paid for next-day delivery. However, only after payment did I receive an email and text requesting my installer’s F-Gas certification number, company name, address and telephone number, stating that delivery could not proceed without this information. This requirement should have been made clear before payment was taken.
I provided the requested information twice—first by replying to the email and then via the link provided—but received no confirmation or delivery update. When I telephoned on Thursday, a helpful member of staff had to manually verify that my details had been received, update the system, and arrange delivery.
I was also sent an incorrect email stating that I had requested a change to the delivery date, which I had not. Finally, although I was given a delivery window of 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, the delivery arrived after that time slot.

Ease of ordering and kept fully informed regarding delivery. Delivery was very good the delivery man was very smart. He was also friendly and helpful and put the unit in the hall for me. We haven’t fitted it yet but the unit looks impressive.
