I made a mistake with our pick up time and contacted them to amend it which was done without any problems and a new booking confirmation sent within seconds.

This was by far the most appalling service I’ve ever experienced.

The driver who came to collect my car didn’t introduce himself, didn’t have any form of ID, and carried no paperwork or documentation—no collection receipt, no damage inspection form, nothing to confirm that my car was being taken safely. I immediately felt uneasy.

When we returned to the airport at 11:45 PM, we called to say we had arrived. The staff member told us it would take an hour to return the car as they were “busy.” We agreed to wait, but after an hour passed, there was still no sign of our vehicle. Repeated calls went unanswered, and when we finally got through, they told us it would be another hour.

We explained that we had a baby with us and it was already past 1:00 AM, but they were rude and completely unhelpful. They promised to send a van to pick us up so we could collect the car ourselves—but that van never arrived.

In the end, we didn’t get our car back until 2:00 AM. The driver didn’t even meet us—he simply left the car parked with the keys on the wheel and disappeared. To make matters worse, they didn’t leave the parking ticket, meaning we couldn’t exit the car park without paying extra. When we tried to contact them, they blocked our number.

To top it all off, an airport staff member later told us that this company parks customers’ cars in random fields rather than secure facilities.

This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs. If you care about your car—or your sanity—do not use this company.

Easy to use website. Gives a good comparison. I did not choose the cheapest as not a big fan of meet and greet as we have had problems in the past with not particularly good meeting times. Also not impressed with the parking on some. I left the dashcam on once and was not impressed with the "yard".
Used Hunters before so went with them as they are so efficient. The car is waiting for us when we get back to the yard with the engine running and the heater on.

Items were stolen from my car. Do not use or trust this company.

I used your services earlier this year & was impressed.
Therefore I checked your website for parking for next year & was pleased to find a realistic price for 2 weeks parking.
I hope to receive similar service this time!!

Good price, straight answer on both phone calls when leaving the car and when collecting it.

Great Service from the moment we phoned to deliver the car to the moment we picked up the car. Very punctual and didnt keep us waiting and polite with a sense of humour. Will definately use again.

From drop off to pick up all went smoothly

Waited 3 hours with no response, contacted police because car was stolen, just as we were about to leave they turned up.

Terrible service, bunch of Asian guys all looking dodgy, took nearly hour to take us airport and didn't even bother picking us us, got told van broke down, was told to send an email to an address we was given,
Surprisingly no reply, we ended up getting a refund from bank, and funnily enough on the same day the refund got given we had fraud on our bank card for near enough same amount.. Stay clear

AVOID! Took them over an hour to bring our car to us after a very late flight despite several calls and being told 'he's on his way'. The couple next to us had already waited over 90 minutes and another couple one hour. The car was returned absolutely filthy in both the driver and passenger seats and footwell, many of the car's settings had been changed including the lights, radio, heating system and position of the steering wheel. The WiFi had been switched off making it impossible to track the car. They informed us the car had been parked 10 miles away but, despite making sure we had more than enough charge to get home, we were 50 miles short so had to re-charge at further expense in order to get home. Who knows what they did with the car whilst we were away? They were rude and unresponsive and provided a truly awful service.

Great timing car came back within 20 mins of phoning from departures

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! took them over an hour to meet us when we got to Manchester we ended up paying 2 lots of parking fees due to their incompetence their attitude is disgusting
On our return again they were late and the way they speak to you is absolutely unacceptable the car was filthy so gos knows where it had been parked something very shady about the whole set up

The service was as expected but when my car was returned I noticed that both front dash cams had been disconnected. When asked no one.could give me a reason. Just seems to be a weird thing to do if everything is above board. There were no other issues.

We got stuck coming through passport control, the driver didn’t prepay our ticket, when we called to discuss they hung up on us, as did head office!

Hi unfortunately my electric car charger was missing as I realised after I came home, I have contacted your team and Mr Reza assured me they will post the charger to my address. I am not sure why it was misplaced from my car at the beginning, can anyone give me an answer. BW Mr Syed Bitat
