Absolutely shocking. I called before I booked and asked exactly where it was to drop off the car to be told go to short stay car park. I asked if it was just across to the terminal to be told yes as I didn’t want the hassle of getting on the monorail. Once I booked I’m told I need to get on the monorail to get to the terminal. Trying to cancel this booking was hard work. I tried to cancel in less than 5 minutes to be told they are going to charge me £15.99. Absolute rip off and false advertising

We called on the way to airport 35 mins before we arrived as instructed. Arrived at Gatwick South and no-one there to meet us. Called them 6 times and waited a further 30+ mins until we were in danger of missing our flight. We were told to leave the key on one of the tyres and just leave it there. Refused to do that. Eventually someone arrived - with no documentation and no proof they worked for this firm. Had no option but to trust them and hand the key over.

Upon returning last night late at night, we called them when we had our luggage and were told it would be 45 mins. We did some M&S shopping to kill time, then waited in Orange carpark L4 as instructed. After 45 mins we called again and were told to wait a further 15 mins. It was now gone midnight. About 6 more calls and many texts, the car arrived, approx 1 hour 20 mins after the initial call.

I'd never use these people again and would advise anyone to steer clear.

The whole point of a meet & greet is to save time and make the whole process easier. The opposite is true of this firm, AVOID.

Guy in-charge was very rude. Staff needs to change

Good vehicle pickup and handover. Minimal wait for my vehicle to be delivered to us on return at the drop and go. A smooth transaction and service.

They are good friendly but are extremely busy & it’s overwhelming. They handled efficiently & did their best. I would recommend going little early to be extra cautious especially during half terms.

We arrived at LGW North terminal and it was easy to find where we had to leave the car. We were seen very soon after arriving and the process to handover the car both on our outward flight and on our return was absolutely great. We will definitely be booking our parking with this Co again. Thanks guys for a great service!

Normally great service but this time noticed my car had done 22 miles whilst away sure the car park isn’t 11 miles away!!! Take a picture of your mileage before you go

I left my car Friday and supposed to collect it Sunday. Due to bad weather all flights were canceled and were rebooked for the next day. They charged me extra and also my car was used this time. After contacting them and asking for comments, my emails were ignored. Embarrassing the way customers are treated. Will definitely never be used again

On arrival to the north terminal in Gatwick it took over 90 minutes for our car to be returned to us

The car was taken to the south terminal but none of the staff seemed to know what was happening or where the car was

If you have to use them, MAKE SURE YOU CALL THEM WHILE YOU ARE STILL IN THE AIR for the return. DO NOT WAIT until you are passed baggage. They take about an hour from getting the call. I missed a hospital appointment because of them.

These guys are the worst fraudsters involved in car parking, they exploit people and take advantage of vulnerable customers. We parked our car and didnt realise itt had no MOT, they called us next day to say they have returned our car to Gtwick short stay car park and ww have to pay £280 for a new MOT, they threathened us into paying immediately. upon our return 7 days later, they had not done the MOT and to make matters worse, they had no idea where the car was, They left my sick wife and 3 minors stranded at the airport for 2 hours before callng to say te car was locked somewhere and they would bring it to us at 9am, we had no choice but to stay in Hotel near airport while we waited, they eventually drove the car to us around 12 noon, after claiming they would not drive a car with no MOT, 3 days later we are still chasing them for a refund of our funds.
They are arrogant, rude, insensitive and belligerent.
No apology, no money back, no MOT, no compensation, no remorse wotsoever, this is horrible company, This MEET AND GREET parking company in Gatwick is the worst company... DO NOT USE THIER SERVICE. @AIRPORT CHEAP PARKING.

the firm did exactly what it said on the tin. They were there to collect my car and there to give it back to me.

These people are a pain as they keep sending me emails asking for a review

We were booked in with Prime parking who state ALL staff are uniform wearing chauffeurs. When we arrived we were told to go to orange car park level 4 where we would meet our guy. We were met with a scruffy looking jean wearing gentleman who was very polite bit not what we were expecting as per the description.
We handed over our keys and were told to go and pay for the ticket which we did and went on our merry way.
Coming home after a 6hr flight arriving at 02:30 in the morning we called as per instructions and was told we had to wait an hour for our car!! The whole idea behind this service is so after a long day we can just call from the baggage lounge and get into our car to get home. We would have been on our way quicker if we had got a terminal bus!
It would appear this site is run but not managed and checks relating to professional service are not completed. A shoddy awful service all round

The drop off was OK, though when you call them the advisor was rude and had no customer service professionalism.
The collection was a complete failure on this company..I followed the instructions and called them when I had collected our luggage from the reclaim area and was informed that our car would be with us in 10mins...too good to be true?
Well 45mins later the car was returned, after calling 3 times for updates to advise that it was on its way...
I guess the cost reflects the service, not worth the hassle...don't use if you want a reliable service.

(Note: I have used before and had a similar experience but thought would give another chance; they'll be no 3rd time!)

Wow, I put to one side the car took longer to be returned than I was told....

But this caused me to look at my car tracker and appears the car was not in a secure car park at all.

Look forward to you contacting me and explaining why my car was at a carpet shop on an industrial estate (rh110jz) most of the time I was away and not in a secure carpark?
