Be careful!
He (I am talking about theairtickets.com/ Mr. Alvin Clark) told me that "Your flight ticket reservation by Qatar Airways has been canceled" without any document. Then he booked another flight and charged me around $450!!!
Totally SCAM!!!
I kept all the documents for court. I will sue them soon.

I spotted the scam on time following my instinct and reading the reviews posted here, cancelled my cc right away! Thank you all for the warnings!

I like everyone else was scammed. I thought that I was calling Delta Airlines directly. Booked tickets for a trip. What was printed on the itinerary email sent to me by "Larry Thompson" were not what was printed out at the airport. Paid for First Class Seats and didn't get First Class on my return trip. Nothing but the run-around when trying to get a credit!!! When you try to get back in touch with your "travel consultant" it appears that they all cover for each other.

This company is a fraud. The agent posed as a Qatar Airways agent and charged me $800 to cancel my flight when actual cancellation was done by Qatar airline. I disputed the charges thru my bank but the bank was unable to reverse the charges. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS TRAVEL COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS.

I misdialed the number on my United card. Airtickets.com answered and claimed they worked for United: United told me later they do not. Charged me an extra $364.82 for the changes I made by impersonating me on the United website. I could not dispute the charge because I provided my credit card number and the "merchant" completed the work.

FRAUD. This is fraud. While I was on the phone with them Delta called me 2x to say someone was calling pretending to be me and making changes to my reservation. They charged me $524 for what the airline would only charge $250 for. This is a scam and fraud and stay away.

Would rather give no stars. Man on the phone, “ALVIN CLARK”, very thick Indian accent, misrepresented himself saying he worked for Delta. Booked flights and was charged over $600 when the ticket was only for $347. Told him we wanted to cancel and he argued with us about it. Told us to “hurry up” and tell us what we were charged, said he could refund one charge but not they’re “nonrefundable charge”...told him that’s fine, we would dispute it for fraud through the bank and then he stated he would not refund any charge then. Informed him that we had him on recording stating he would not refund and he hung up. Spoke with Delta and they made sure our plane charge had been cancelled. Will call the bank tomorrow once the charge isn’t pending to report this scam of a company!

The airticket is a Big scam I try to contact them for a refund and they keep playing around the worst customer service like they pay them to be rude and let the people hang out

Purchased tickets from this company and called contact- Derrick Harvey and asked about the price for cancelation insurance. Gave a price and then said well I will give you the insurance for $2.00. I said ok. Now my wife had emergency surgery and she cant go anywhere for 6 months. Contacted this company and they said no refund-had no insurance. Lying SOB!! Said we could get other tickets but we have no idea how her health will be. Contacting FTC and other agencies for assistance.

NEVER AGAIN!! NO FLIGHTS TO ITALY WITH CORONA AND AIRLINES CANCELED....THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE $325 FOR PROCESSING FEE....AIRLINES ALREADY REIMBURSED THEM...STAY AWAY

When New Zealand closed it's borders, we tried to call the airlines to cancel our flight and reschedule. We called the United Airlines number listed on their website and Airtickets or Book N Air somehow intercepted the call and stated they were with United Airlines. They charged us $500 to change the dates and now United said they have no one by the name of Jack Miles. They also stated we should not have been charged anything. Lots of similar complaints on bbb website involve where they pose as a representative of Spirit, Southwest, Sun, etc..Everyone has a similar complaint and the company reuses to settle disputes. I'm amazed they are allowed to remain in business. We lost $500 that we may never recover but my goal is force them to stop this fradulent behavior through legal means.

They printed my name wrong on the ticket. Called them, was on hold for 2 hours no response. What a waste of time. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the ticket.

I used AirTKT to fly to London. The flights were several hundreds of dollars cheaper than direct with airline. I decided to purchase it before I read the reviews. After I read the reviews...I was upset with myself for not looking first. Turns out ....I did not have any problems what so ever. They seem to be good as long as you don't need to change or cancel. So my first experience was great!

I wished if I had read the review. I went online to purchase a ticket for my son to travel from California to New Jersey. The airline was United Airlines. I paid for the ticket and was then told by a Air ticket customer service that they needed to contact my bank. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes confirming my bank information. you would think that, that was enough. The representative said that he had to send me an email, he NEVER said that I had to respond to the email. This CHEAT, now that I think about it DELIBERATELY sent the email to a wrong email address so I NEVER got it. He then cancelled the ticket. Called back the Monday and so happened to speak to the same guy. He was unhelpful and rude, refused to have me speak with a Supervisor. I had to repurchase the ticket at a HIGHER price. This was November 26 2019, it is December 20th and still no REFUND. I called about two weeks ago and spoke to a woman she HUNG up the phone on me. All of these airlines that have contracts with this company should be sued or brought to a consumer agency as this Company is a OBVIOUS RIP OFF. I DONT DO REVIEWS BUT I AM SO ANGRY THAT I HAVE TO. Now what I have had to do is to dispute the original charge with my bank.

Ich habe einen Flug über Airtickets gebucht. Der Flug sollte am 20.07.2018 stattfinden. Aber am 16.07. bekam ich eine Mail, dass die Buchung gestrichen wurde, ohne einen Grund zu nennen, und ich sollte mich an die Airline wenden. Die Telefonnummer von Airtickets war unerreichbar, dann habe ich versucht die per Mail zu kontaktieren. Alle meine gesendeten Mails blieben bis heute unbeantwortet und mein Geld wurde bis heute noch nicht zurückgezahlt.

Ofet Airhelp et Airtickets sont la même entreprise mais de soit disant partenaires qui eux aussi vous charge en cas de compensation financière en cas de retard empoche 10% +les 25% de Airhelp.
