Never by the ticket from Airtickets OR CheapFareGuru.
They charged us $350 cancelation charge and we never received full refund. Out of $4105.80, received only $1026.45
Lost $3,079.35 + $350

We were on the phone with this company for over 3 hours the whole time thinking we were talking to Delta direct. It is terrifying to think about what this guy was doing with our personal info during this time. Anyway, bottom line he attempted to charge an additional 933 dollars to our ticket as well as charge us for the Delta flight saying that “the price on the website was incorrect “. Besides being on the phone for 3 hours (RedFlag) the rep also warned us Not to cancel our reservation for 24 hours( red flag as Delta allows for cancellation within a 24 hour period). We did cancel and report this all to American Express. We will monitor to be sure no charges will be added to our account.

I agree with everyone that said this “company” is fraudulent. I thought I was speaking with United Airlines and the representative didn’t identify himself as a non-United employee. I could barely understand him (sounded Indian) and he had me sign an eVerify signature (I think that’s what it’s called). I worry now about this e-signature being used fraudulently in the future. In the meantime, I changed my credit card number. I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission and encourage other dissatisfied consumers to do the same. This operation needs to be shut down and their workers prosecuted for fraud.

Total scam. I don't understand how they can be allowed to operate.

We booked through them, and the airline changed the times. We weren’t happy with new times, so we contacted this company. They charged 80.00 more per ticket to change the times, kind of deceitful, because the airline was doing it for free! Very sad we are stuck with a much bigger bill when we thought we were getting a deal! Also, before I even gave permission to change it Cooper changed it already! Book directly with your airline! Hindsight!
Update….The airline changed the flight times again, and this company sent me a text that if I did not respond with the word acceptance, they say we may miss our flight. Stupid me, I replied with the word acceptance of the message only, or so I thought, and now they charged 25.00 more per person for a revalidation/reissued fee. I finally put a block on my credit card. If we cancel completely, they charge 50.00 a ticket. Btw here is the message they sent: Key West Trip Schedule Changed

DO NOT USE!!!!! called to rebook a flight using a credit with Delta and the representative “Brad” helped me. He told me there were only two tickets left and that they were standby due to “Covid 19” and that was going to cost me an extra $204. They stayed on the line while I waited for a confirmation email to come in and had me sign a form from another email. After I booked my bank called me to alert this for suspicious activity and I can only get a credit through airticket. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

This is the worst company. I purchased 2 tickets to Germany. We were not able to go because of covid restrictions. We asked for a voucher and we paid 75.00 per ticket for them. Then they said the vouchers are only good for international flights. Not domestic travel. They said they could issue us a refund for the tickets. I called back and said that was not an option. We cannot fly internationally by the end of 2021 so we loose 5,000.00. I have no recourse and am furious!!

Last year, I called Turkish Airline, Toronto office to change my ticket to an open ticket and call was connected to this company. A guy named Aaron Chase was on the phone and told me that they are dealing on behalf of Turkish Airlines, Toronto office. He charged my Master Card for $600 to change my ticket to open status. Later, Turkish Airline told me there is no charge to change the status. Now Turkish Airline is unable to book my flight on the same ticket and asking me to call the same company and no one is picking up the phone.

These scammers allow you to think you are dealing directly with the airline and schedule your flight. Then they charge you $500 fee without telling you and they change the contact email with the airline to one of theirs and don't forward any changes. Then when you realize you've been scammed, your credit card company wants documentation and all you have is an email address that gets no response and a telephone number that is "not set up to return calls at this time". So it boils down to "buyer beware". It's our fault for falling for it. The remedy; DON'T EVER FLY AGAIN until you can walk up to the counter and plop down your cash and hop on the plane!

They are professional SCAMmers. And sound like authentic agents. BEWARE! Came close to authorizing a $75 fee and realized I wasn’t calling Southwest Airlines because it felt fishy so I hung up. To anyone checking this site to see if this site is real, it isn’t! I don’t know how to go about removing these scammers. Help catch these people that designer this and are overcharging stressed out and elderly folks!

I made reservations and cancelled because of THEIR problem with booking the flight within two minutes. Was still charged $39.99 even though they made the reservations AFTER I had cancelled. Anything for a dollar. Stay away from this site. Have never had this experience in hundreds of flights booked. Crooks. Be careful

I try to call them many times no answer when they pick up the phone they let u wait for a least 45min and they hangout
Be careful who u dealing with they are owning few websites they are everywhere same peoples u can tell

This company intercepted my 80 year old grandmothers ticket when she was trying to book through United. They did some hokey crap and stole $170 of her money. Who the hell thinks it’s okay to SCAM old folks! I cannot express the pain and frustration caused by this.

There should be less than one star. Airtickets employees are terrible human beings who take advantage of and scam people.
They INTERCEPTED my call to Delta, and because I was stressed, I never considered that I was talking to someone other than Delta.
I didn't even know it was possible to intercept a phone call like that.
Thank goodness I got a creeping suspicion and called my credit card company - cancelled my card before they could charge it.
Warn everyone you know that these "people" are out there, and able to intercept calls!

Be careful. I called Delta and they intercepted the call, but the entire time I thought I was speaking with a Delta agent. I didn’t realize it wasn’t Delta until I saw my credit card statement with a $330 agent fee charge. I was in a rush, so didn’t fully pay attention to the email they sent me to confirm. On the phone he told me it was an extra $22 due to the cost difference. In the confirmation email they sent me they added the extra $330 but again I was in a rush and just wanted to get it changed so didn’t pay much attention. Yes, that is my fault but they are taking advantage of people who are panicked. They are SCAM artists.

Be careful. They are very organized and they protect themselves by making you sending them an email and authorize the fees. This way you can not dispute the charges.

Hi My mom bought ticket and she has to cancel it I pay 200 dollars for cancellation an waited 4 months no refund yet. Just don’t make mistake we did go some better websites and pay more for tickets will be worth on the end. My bank may refund me 200 but ticket price may be wasted.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! We thought we were calling Swoop but we were redirected to this number. They charged us over $200 to exchange our tickets. When we got to the airport the flight had NOT BEEN exchanged and they kept the $200!!!! Worst company ever!!!!!!
