They cancelled my flight without notifying me and had I not contacted the airline to ask about the cost of extra baggage, I would have turned up at the airport with no flight. Sent several emails and called them lots of times but they’ve yet to reply or give me a refund. I spent £800 on the flight. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN!

J'ai acheté un vol du 10/10/2018 au 22/10/2018 pour New Delhi, pour des raisons personnelles je souhaite l'annuler, j'ai contacté votre service depuis le formulaire sur le site web et par email en réponse à la confirmation de paiement sauf que à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas de réponse, entre temps j'ai contacté Emirates, qui m'ont confirmé que le billet est remboursable mais qu'ils n'ont pas la main pour faire quoi que ce soit sur cette réservation et ils m'ont invité de voir avec vous.
Je met la note "1" pour les raisons suivantes:
- Aucun numéro pour contacter le service client
- Aucune prise en charge des emails à part les réponse automatisées.

Merci de faire le nécéssaire SVP.

This is really criminal what they are doing. Please do never book by airtickets, they never give you your money back or even the tickets.

They canceled my tickets without notifying me. Completely unethical behavior.
Avoid this company and spread the word.

I've worst experience with airtickets.com service, I wrote few times regarding traveling date amendment, but no reply from their end, now I am going to loose my money and time.

Not trusted and NOT recommended. Don't ever book with them unless you know you are NOT going to have any further assistance. We booked a flexible tickets and wanted to change, we tried every possible way to contact them on all available numbers, emails etc... with no response.

I should have read the reviews before and save myself from a lot of trouble! They are completely unprofessional. Haven't run into more unresponsive and idiotic customer service. Totally unreliable. We booked United Airlines tickets through airtickets. Due to serious health reasons the trip had to be postponed and we paid the additional cost. Later United Airlines encouraged us to submit all the documents from the doctors and the hospital and request a refund of the additional cost that we paid. Unfortunately this had to be done through airtickets. Airtickets claimed that the request was rejected. To my surprise when I contacted the refund department of United Airlines myself they told me that the request was never submitted! Under legal threats and pressure airtickets finally submitted the request. United immediately approved. United Airlines were amazing! The refund from airtickets we are still expecting to receive after almost 3 months. They rarely do respond and when they do they never address the specific question at all. Either they are of extremely low intellectual capacity or they have specific instructions to do so. I am glad though that people are writing reviews. Eventually some of these reviews will discourage people and will have some financial impact on this unreliable company.

Don't use them! no matter what price they may offer do not use them!
I've been trying to get a receipt from them for ages and never got it. They charged the my card but i have received no proof of the transaction being handled.

This company is a fraud. They also go by the name TRIPSTA. They will charge your credit card and not issue you a ticket. They will then not respond to your emails. They will only contact you after you dispute the chargers to try and have you "amicably" pay them for non-service.

This company issues you tickets and puts wrong date of birth on purpose it change it for me and my husband, I have known of companies that do this in purpose to hold your ticket the date of your flight and then they sell your ticket while you loose your ticket and charge both parties. I called them and they refused to change the info in the passport info they alleged they have it right on the system and that is all that matters but when I click to input passport info they have both our dates wrong. Stay away from this fradulent company

I found a good flight with reasonable price through Aegean Airlines, I was going to use other company for the reservation when I found the negative reviews here, but I followed my gut feeling and go through with the transaction.

I made the reservation and in less than 20 minutes I received my e-ticket that I checked was confirmed on Aegean airlines website with the baggage that was. If I have had any issues I will amend my feedback, but so far, all looks good.

Having a small online business myself I have noticed customers are more vocal on negative experiences, even if the good ones surpass.

No way to contact them, sent them alredy 3 emails and unanswerd phone calls.

Airtickets und Tripsta ist vermutlich der selbe Vermittler in GR.
2 mal gebucht - 2 mal gecancelt. Wegen technischer Probleme!?!? Ist das Flugzeug schon kaputt?
Kein Mechaniker zur Hand? Abflug wäre erst im August.2018.

Welch Dilettanten.

Hallo zusammen, eines vorweg, diese Bewertung ist weder gekauft noch in irgendeiner Art und Weise gesponsort.

Ich habe im Novemver letzten Jahres (2017) Tickets für einen Flug nach New York über Flüge.de / Airtickets gekauft. Der Preis per Singapur Air war unschlagbar. Ich machte mir keinerlei Gedanken über etwaige Rückbuchungen oder Stornierungen bis ich die Bewertungen über Airtickets las. Ich dachte schon mein Geld ist nun weg...

Nach einem Anruf bei Airtickets, 20 Minuten Wartezeit und einer netten englisch sprechenden Dame, wurde mir allerdings versichert, dass ich meinen Flug ganz normal antreten könne. Dies habe ich mir auch schriftlich per Mail bestätigen lassen. Die Mail kam 5 Minuten nach dem Telefonat! Super Service!

Da ich dem ganzen allerdings immernoch spektisch entgegenblickte, habe ich zusätzlich noch bei Sigapur Air angerufen und nach dem Status der Buchung gefragt, auch hier erklärte man mir, dass die stornierung der Tickets selbst von seiten Airtickets nicht möglich sei und ich mir keine Gedanken machen bräuchte.

So war es dann auch, vor einer Woche sind wir problemlos mit Singapur Air - gebucht über Airtickets / Flüge.de - nach New York und wieder zurück geflogen. Alles hat - nachträglich betrachtet - reibungslos funktioniert. Die Angst war unbegründet.

Ich schreibe diese Bewertung, da ich denke, dass es sicher viele Menschen gibt die sich in der gleichen Situation befinden und sich Sorgen um den Urlaub machen. In meinem Fall waren diese unbegründet und man sieht, dass die vielen negativen Erfahrungen nicht auf jeden zutreffen.

En janvier je réserve un billet mais pensant à une coupure au moment du paiement je recommence.
Résultats 2 prélèvements visa et 2 billets au même nom sur le même vol le même jour.Appels mails etc...sont en Grèce !!bureau Paris!
Et bien non ils n'ont rien voulu savoir malgré l'erreur évidente de ma part.
La compagnie n'a rien voulu savoir car ce n'est pas elle qui a réservé.
Sentant mon attaque, airticketsfr ou Saudiaairlines, a bidouillé un des 2 billets en rajoutant MR entre mon prénom et mon nom, comme cela = 2 personnes différentes.
J ai fini par être remboursé 97€ sur 300€.et ils ont annulé un des 2 billets.
Bien au vu de tous les autres commentaires...
C'était la 1 été fois que je passais par ce genre de boîte c'est évidemment la dernière.RETOUR AUX RESA DIRECTEMENT SITE COMPAGNIE AÉRIENNE.

I bought a ticket but ended up not using it because of the delay on the flight. I did cancel it but yet again they said: they didn't understood that i cancelled and they have refused to give me the full amount back to me and now they haven't given me money yet.

Ive been on the phone with them for 7 hours on a UK number even tho they are based in Greece. There customer service us very poor.

Firstly, I bought the tickets via this company.
After that I read the reviews, here, on website and I was totaly scared because of bad reviews.
But, there was no problem with the tickets and flight.
I think If you have entered right informations during booking, you have no problem,
