I already booked more than 8 flights and had no issue but never had to contact the customer support, reason I put my recommendation here.

I like
- the option +/- 3 days to evaluate the prices during a week period
- the propositions to have decent prices for simple intercontinental flights, so can arrive at one airport and return from another one (not easy to find)
I visited south of Brazil arriving in Florianopolis and went back from Porto Alegre reserving 2 simple flights at correct prices

Some advice when reserving flight tickets :
- Always put the right names like written on any passport, ID
- Always clean your browser to only have the chosen reservation active, so you do not mess up with the pages.
- Follow the flight status on sites like flightradar24 to have the latest information about the schedule
- I think for this site English is mandatory once you have an issue

Ich würde null Sterne geben wenn dies möglich wäre. Warte auf meine Rückerstattung nun schon seit Wochen, und wenn ich nochmal anrufen will kommt meine Buchungsnr ist ungültig, da sie anscheinend schon storniert wurde. Antwort kommt auch keine mehr. Das ist sehr viel Geld, was ich mir für meine Reise selbst zusammengespart hatte, die ich durch ein kaputtes Bein erst einmal nicht antreten kann.. Ich hoffe es kommt noch was, werde wohl ansonsten es mit einem Anwalt versuchen.

J'ai réservé, j'ai payé, j'ai été débité... puis plus aucune nouvelle de la part de Airtickets ! La compagnie aérienne ne me connait pas....

LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM ESPECIALLY FROM THE SYNTAGMA OFFICE(BETWEEN STADIOU AND KARAGEORGI SERVIAS STR.)!!!THEY ISSUED OUR TICKET IN A DIFFERENT NAME AND WE WERE OBLIGED TO PAY FOR A NEW ONE!! ALL WE ASKED FROM THEM WAS TO REPLACE THE MISTAKEN ONE FOR A FUTURE ONE ANY TIME BUT THEY PREFERED TO LOSE A VERY FREQUENT AND LOYAL CUSTOMER!!I WOULD SUGGEST TO ALL OF CUSTOMERS TO DOUBLECHECK THEIR TICKETS BECAUSE THEY DON'T TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR OWN MISTAKES!!! V. CHANTZIS

I paid for a return ticket and a few days later they said there had been "a problem" with one of the airlines. I asked for a refund and they basically offered to pay back 10€ for one flight that had paid for 105€. Definitely do not recommend. Of course when they did it the prices of my flight had gone up and I ended up paying for it. It is not worth it.

We found really cheap tickets through Skyscanner, on airtickets - after making a purchase we got email with our booking number, and email said we'll get e-tickets after 48h, as usual. Time has passed and we didn't receive any, so we contacted them through their site, next day - no answer so we did it again, also tried calling, it said numbers are not in use... Then I read all the bad reviews and didn't at all feel comfortable. Bad things happened next day, when we got email they cancelled our tickets due to some technical problems, and that our money will be refunded in 1-5 days (hope for that really). So now we are left without tickets, only few days before departure.
Really disappointed with this company, and while reading other reviews I realised I'm not the only one!

4 Sterne deshalb weil man sehr lange in der Warteschleife hängt und dann oft mit einem englsich sprechnedne Berater verbunden wird. Jedoch sowohl die Deutsch als auch die englischsprechenden Mitarbeiter sehr kompentetn und freundlich. Leider wurde bei der Buchung mein Vorname doppelt eingegeben anstatt der meiner Tochter. Musst also ein neues kaufen. Die Dame am Telefon half mir dabei. Nach merhmaligen freundlichen mails hin und her wurde mir versprochen sich darum zu kümmern. Und ich bekam nach 2 Monaten den VOLLEN Betrag vom falschen Ticket zurückerstattet. Vielen dank.! Werde wieder über diese Agentur buchen!

Pour info, j'ai voulu réserver un vol pour Madere à très bas prix. A la confirmation du paiement j'ai été redirigé vers la case départ sans plus d'informations, sans e mail, sans confirmation de vol.
GROS STRESS a ce moment, vais-je être débitée ?
Pour ma part ils ne m'ont rien débite au bout de 4 jours (on prie pour que ça continue) mais par précaution je vous conseille de payer un peu plus cher et d'aller voir ailleurs plutôt que de risquer de perdre une somme importante pour rien!

De la pire arnaque ! c'est SkyScanner qui m'a redirigée vers eux :
ils vous demandent de rentrer toutes les coordonées bancaires et d'attendre de recevoir par mail la confirmation qui peut prendre, selon les indications sur leur site, ... jusqu'à 48h !! de quoi leur laisser le temps de bien se servir dans votre compte et bien évidemment au bout de 48h toujours pas de billet !!
bande de voleurs ! à éviter à tout prix !

Attention ! danger => site frauduleux , débit de 1800 euros sans billets délivrés. Litige en cours, compte bancaire grec derrière le site, ne surtout pas acheter chez eux.

Impossible de les contacter, ils m’ont vendu un ticket avec une des correspondances impossible à avoir, les bagages me suivent puis me suivent plus je dois les récupérer, du coup j’ai du repayer pour finir mon trajet par mes propres moyens.

More than 3 weeks I tryed to buy extra luggage....No phone answer, no email answer.

his site is a SCAM!!!! they blatantly say upon purchase of insurance that it INCLUDES itinerary changes, "if flights are available from the airlines" I CALLED my final Airline which is AirCanada, and being a canadian citizen with family who works there they told me that flights WHERE available!!!!! of course I had to call the contact centre for Airtickets and fix this myself, PAYING the EXACT VALUE of aNEW FLIGHT!!!!! Not only do they LIE about cheaper flights they have absolutely no responsability for your change of itinerary! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!

No support, they lie on their site as they are basically just doing searches for you, with no deals what so ever. As while on the phone with customer service I was searching the same flights as he was and got the exact same prices, only instead of using the money of the previous booked flight I paid an entirely new flight- so Insurance is a scam!

Mon billet initial est maintenant propose a + de 1200 eur au lieu de 345 eur !!! de beaux menteurs ! Et autant vous Dire que le service client n’est là que pour décorer ... Autant payer plus cher ailleurs mais PLUS JAMAIS par eux ! Ils n’ont pas voulu modifié ni annuler mon billet. je m’en trouve avec plus de 12h d’escale au Liban à 2h30 du matin .bref j’arrête la car je suis déjà assez énervée !

Einen Tag nach Eingang der Buchungsbestätigung kam eine Mail, dass aufgrund technischer Probleme keine ordnungsgemäße Buchung bei der Airline erfolgen konnte. Daher wären die Flüge jetzt um 66 Euro teurer.
Da ich nicht gewillt war die Mehrkosten zu tragen (Wiederspricht allen geltenden Rechtsvorschriften), hat Airtickets / tripsta (ist derselbe Travel Agent) meine Flüge gecancelt. Auf das Geld warte ich heute noch.

AVOID doing business with this site! On hold for over an hour , transferred, disconnected on both the 1-800 number and 213 area code number, chat and no response to email address! Impossible to cancel or modify reservation within the 24 cancellation period.

ich habe gestern einen Flug gebucht, per Prepaid-Kreditkarte alles bezahlt und sogar eine Flug-Buchungsbestätigung folgte sofort. Dennoch kam heute eine neue E-Mail, dass das ganze wegen technischer Probleme nicht funktioniert hätte. Mein Geld ist aber noch weg.
Daher nie mehr Airtickets
