Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Even gave me an 18% discount. Chris also assured me that during the warranty of the product parts that were damaged or broken will be sent to me free of charge. Chris responded to each of my questions with ease and grace. Best customer service I ever encountered! Can't wait to receive my scooter suitcase!

Excellent customer service. I love it using at LaGuardia airport the terminals are far from check point. I have a bad knee problem this is perfect for me. Even the couple worker were commenting they need something like that.
