Formally expressing my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent move. While the movers were efficient in their work, the final service price was not consistent with the initial quote we agreed upon.

I was not informed nor did I agree in advance to any additional charges that were later requested. These extra costs appeared excessive and unjustified. Despite my requests, the company refused to discuss or provide any evidence supporting these additional fees.

Furthermore, I was threatened with the retention of my goods if I did not pay for charges that were never agreed upon. I also received disrespectful messages from company management when I sought clarification and requested a review of the situation.

Due to these issues, I have submitted a formal complaint against Andy AJ. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company, as I found their practices to be untrustworthy and unprofessional.

I expect a prompt and transparent resolution to this matter.

The team handled a reasonably last minute booking well. Our pick up and drop off went smoothly, and most importantly everything arrived as expected without any damage.

AJ Movers moved us from London to Copenhagen. They were extremely professional, helped us with packing delicate items and were very communicative. They arrived at our house on time and at our new place at the time they told us.

Ich habe mich nach sorgfältiger Prüfung für "White Glove Movers" / AJ Movers Ltd entschieden, trotz des höheren Preises, weil ich von einem professionellen Ablauf ausgehen wollte. Im Vorfeld habe ich eine sehr detaillierte Inventarliste mit Stückzahlen und Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt, damit es später keine Missverständnisse gibt. Dennoch wurde diese Liste beim Umzug offenbar nicht berücksichtigt. Mir wurde kurzfristig mitgeteilt, dass zwei Möbelstücke nur gegen eine Zusatzzahlung von 400 € mitgenommen würden. Erst nachdem ich selbst erneut Beweise vorlegte, wurde dies zurückgenommen – begleitet von einer eher halbherzigen Entschuldigung.

Zusätzlich kam ein Möbelstück beschädigt an. Die Verantwortung dafür wurde ohne klare oder nachvollziehbare Belege abgelehnt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren freundlich, doch die organisatorischen Abläufe und die Kommunikation im Hintergrund wirkten für mich unkoordiniert und wenig verlässlich.

Trotz gründlicher Vorbereitung und klarer Dokumentation war die Erfahrung enttäuschend. Ich kann den Anbieter daher nicht empfehlen.

Ich möchte bekanntgeben, dass das Transportunternehmen mich kontaktiert hat und mir angeboten hat mir 50€ zu bezahlen, wenn ich die Beurteilung entferne! Natürlich habe ich dankend abgelehnt. Die e-Mail kann jederzeit nachgereicht werden zur Aufklärung, falls nötig.

Would definitely use AJs again. They transported a family airloom from Southern Spain to the Uk. Found them to be punctual, professional and reliable. There were no hiccups at all and they were good at answering my many questions before and during the delivery.

This is the second time we’ve used AJ’s, and they’ve been brilliant both times. Buying and selling a house or moving home is incredibly stressful, and each time, things change. One of our biggest concerns was getting a move date that AJ’s could work with. As you can imagine, with the reviews, they’re very busy.

They offered us a great option: pre-loading some of the furniture and items from the house on the day before the move. This was fantastic because you find yourself preparing weeks before, and everything seems impossible. The day before the move, AJ’s arrived and gently sorted everything. They really know what they’re doing and how to treat their customers.

Great service and safe delivery. Well done AJ. Will definitely look you up for my next move.

Fantastic work from AJ Movers bringing some valuable art works that were heavy and hard to handle from the Netherlands to Spain. Very communicative driver who kept us up to date the whole time and who was very flexible about the pick up and drop off situation. Highly recommended!

Andy and his guys helped me move from Zurich to Oxford with all of my stuff and some furniture. I used them as my brother had had a good experience in the past and they didn't disappoint. The delivery and collection was fast, efficient and professional. I have no complaints at all! All of my valuables arrived undamaged and Andy helped me a lot by being accommodating with the hour of the delivery to make sure someone could be there. I will likely move again in a few years and I will certainly be contacting Andy again.
