We recently purchased waste management bins from AJ Products. The first set of bins we received were not quite suitable for our needs, but the customer service was excellent. They made the return process easy and helped us replace them with an alternative that suited our requirements much better. The team were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. A very positive 5‑star experience overall, and I would highly recommend AJ Products

Poor service
Still waiting on delivery of order placed on 16.02.2026
delivery confirmed for 09.03.2026 and still no delivery on 08.04.2026.
Zero answers from AJ after chasing multiple times, extremely poor service.

Smart comfortable chairs.
We ordered a set of 4 office chairs to see if they were a suitable replacement for similar at our village hall. The chairs seem to be very comfortable and sturdy and stack well with our existing chairs which we are going to gradually replace as they come to the end of their life. We have ordered another 16 and hope to replace 20 each year.
