Damaged Product
We ordered a whiteboard from them and it was damaged, they sent a replacement whiteboard a few weeks later and it was once again damaged. Time wasting. I would avoid them.

Thank you for sharing further information. We ask that the warehouse add corner protection to whiteboards but can see that this did not happen on these two occasions. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and I will take this up with the transport team.
Product was good delivery dabgerous
Product was good. Palleting of heavy shelving was very very poor. Pallet collapsed and made unloading treacherous/ dangerous.

Excellent company and customer service. Products we received were great value for money spent. Shipping was done professionally and sent on pallets. Everything received as expected. Had a hiccup with the shipping company but Nikki helped me to sort it out quickly and efficiently. Super friendly service and we are so happy with the products. Highly recommend!

Good quality product
I ordered a sit/stand desk; very happy with it - seems good quality, and assembling it went fine (though it did take us most of a day - in retrospect I might have paid for someone else to do it). It's only been in use for a day but all good so far.

Using a new company to me
At first I was unsure about using a company I hadn't heard of. However the ordering and delivery was very good. I had a fault with the product and AJ products immediately rectified that when I contacted them. The sign of a good company is that they react to issues and they are reachable by phone. AJ is both. I would definitely use them again.

Disappointed
Shoe spaces too small to take a pair of shoes unless you put one shoe on top of the other. Base legs rough and unfinished.
Very disappointing.
Also they do not take returns.

The mesh locker you ordered is not advertised as shoe storage and the internal measurements are advised within the product description. Other available sizes of this locker show shoes being stored but these have much larger compartments. We offer the option to return on most orders but unfortunately not when they are made to order as per this instance.
