Been waiting now for 1 month, 1st they emailed me saying it was coming Hermes. I emailed them again a week after and they said it was coming DHL, "but the uk's biggest delivery service is not accepting delivers". What a load of footballs, there just a Aldi is just a bunch of tealeaves Aladdin type

Delivery is just disgraceful, why use such a poor partner, why not give your customer a choice of who to use with a price range. it really is appalling, pay twice the price with other Printers, you don't want this service. I can't imagine it makes Aldi look very good either.

Ordered snowglobes on 9.12.20
Never arrived. Dispatch email took weeks to come through. Tracking through Whistl was never updated from "being prepared". Still not arrived to this day (19.01.21)
Contacted customer service before Christmas and they had zero clue what was going on.
They agreed to a refund (almost £40) end of December and its still not been processed. Sent several emails since with no response to date.
Poor.

I'm really disgusted with ALDI photos they looked like good value I ordered on the 18th of December I didn't expect it by Christmas but now on the 8th of January after two phone calls I have an email saying they have deleted my order due to the delay. I spoke to them twice and was patient and understanding of the covid delays and told them I wanted the order completed but they have not completed it I spent quite a long time just using 140 photos and a cushion cover. Customer service nice on phone but have no clue what's happened to order

Utterly disgraceful service! I've received FOUR - YES, FOUR - different stories regarding my missing order. I've replied to these fabricated versions of events via the emails I've received, but there's never any follow on to this. I deeply regret using Aldi Photos, and would implore anyone here to stay well away from this service.

I have changed my review to 3 stars after eventually receiving my photos from Aldi Photo. Although they arrived very late 13 days after despatch, I have to say the quality of the prints was excellent. I will use again on the basis that the slow delivery was a one off.

Would have given zero stars if it had been possible. Do I wish I had looked at Trustpilot reviews first. Seems like I am suffering the same problems as many others. 10 days since I was emailed to say that my photos had been despatched and provided with a Hermes tracking number. Checking everyday on Hermes site still says they are awaiting my package. Phoned the Aldiphoto helpline and got an email saying they were investigating then an email asking if I had provided my address correctly, which I had. Daily emails to Aldiphoto completely ignored, but now not surprised given what I have read on Trustpilot. It would have been easy for them to reprint, assuming they were printed first time and post, my photos would be here now. Probably if they had walked from their postal address they would be here now! Dreadful!

Still waiting for Halloween cards, a very disappointed Granny!! Will never use Aldi again and certainly wouldn't advise friends to.

Zero customer service, ridiculous wait time and no tracking information. I ordered photos 4 weeks ago, I was told I would receive them within 8 days, then I was told after the 3

Time they are on hold as there was no eircode provided. Then they got lost, I was told to contact an post even tough I had no tracking info. Then I was asked for my eircode again, followed by they will send replacements. And now after being told a few days ago a reprint was arranged I receive an email today to advise they don’t hold record of the photos and will have to wait another 4 weeks for refund to be processed.
Absolute joke!

Would not recommend! Bought a load of photograph prints which seemingly disappeared in the post. Contacted them 3 times before i got a response. Tried to say it was the postal service. Hard to believe when I've received all my post at that address for the last 20 years. Its now 5 weeks later and i still have no photographs which were for a special birthday gift. All i was offered for the major inconvenience and disappointment was a reprint or refund. Both of which are useless options...the birthday event has passed with an incomplete gift. For a reprint or to find a new printers still costs me in time. Futile correspondence with the customer service department. Save yourself the time &hassle and go elsewhere. Lesson learned but still deeply disappointed in aldiphotos

Actual product is lovely.
Delivery and customer service was absolutely ridiculous.
Took ages to come and tracking didn't update, customer services hadn't got a clue etc etc.
Won't bother again!

Pros and cons hence the 3 stars.

Pros
When it works it is brilliant value.
You can do so much with the layout
Cost same postage for one book as it did for 23 when doing school yearbook.

Cons
Works in a flaky way with Apple software especially if photos are in different formats. Nearly had a nervous breakdown trying to upload yearbook and it crashed each time, maxed out my credit card and still no yearbook.

However, I have to flag up one very helpful chap at customer services in Germany. I was in tears on phone to him when this happened. He assured me the money would not be taken off my card (and he was right, they didn't). He couldn't fix the flaky software but he did apologise profusely and actually sounded like he cared. To the point that he called me back the next day to check I was ok. I think his name was Jan. Customer care of the year 2017 award to him!!

Was surprised to see aldi did photos first, then I see prices for them all and thought how good that was. I ordered 3, poster form photos, as cheaper way of getting your photos I payed just over £5 for, but I'm so pleased with how they have come out I'm shocked actually!! And the price for 3 size 30x40 is just great. I recommend them.

6 days later..... had to call them to find out what was going on

Call centre response......."We don't have an emailed from you"

Email received from 'Supervisor'.... "we'll reprint your order"

Following day's email..... "We haven't got the image anymore. We've issued a refund "

Phoned the 'UK Customer Service' number.... spoke to someone in the Netherlands who was worse than useless.

Emailed the 'Supervisor' as suggested by the person in the Netherlands..... basic answer from the supervisor "we won't reprint it"

There is a reason why it is cheap, because the service is non-existent.

Used several times, always got great quality products at a very good price. Only downside is it does take a while to be delivered but if you plan well in advance (2-3 weeks) it has always been fine. Would definitely recommend

After spending quite some time comparing prices of photos on various sites (I would usually use boots) I found Aldi photo service which I didn’t know existed and they came up quite a bit cheaper for the type of photos I wanted. I ordered the photos over bank holiday weekend so was expecting the service to be pretty slow, once I received my email to say they had been shipped internationally I started to worry and came on here for reviews, after seeing mainly terrible reviews I didn’t have much hope for receiving my photos or them coming as ordered. However after 8 days I have received my order and I can honestly say they are the best quality photos I’ve ever had, if I’d have read the reviews on here first I would have avoided them but I’m glad I never. I will definitely use them again

I will never use again. I saw an advert for Father’s Day photobooks in the Aldi leaflet. It showed a code for free delivery so I thought I’d give it go. Over a week later, and after Father’s Day, I still have no photo book and have been charged postage. Customer services, although quick to respond, say the code was not valid on these books and ignore the fact that the advert was advertising photo books for Father’s Day with free delivery! Terrible service and I feel very misled by the false advert.

Tracking says stuck at Yodel centre, no reply to emails from Aldi and no photo's! CRAP company - avoid!!!

Late delivery ..dispatched 3rd May (according to their tracking) received 14th May... no contact as I couldn't log onto my account, customer service zero

Ordered quite a number of photos for my son for a birthday present. The photos were over a 20 year period. The quality was excellent and arrived within the dates given
