I waited over 2 weeks. Customer service who I contacted to ask why the long wait, ignores emails. Finally they arrived today, however, i was so disappointed. Extremely bad quality and heads cut of in 5 pictures (I ordered 20 prints). Out of the 20 I can only use 6, and even they arent the greatest.
Don't waste your time or money. I have sent of a complaint email but I am expecting no reply.
This company should not be in business!

Ordered 6 x 4 print small enough to go through letter box. Yodel claimed to left "in safe place at front porch" at 17:42 Sat afternoon. It was not there, there is no porch, front door opens almost directly onto street.
Tried to fill in Aldi contact form on web but would not accept my address.

I got some weird squares instead of my pictures! Trying to contact them 4 weeks now - no response.

I ordered over a hundred of the 6"4 photo prints last year and they came out extremely well and I was so pleased ! just buying some more now and was shocked at one of the bad reviews especially as I was so pleased with mine!!

Absolutely nothing wrong with Aldi photos, perfect quality, its upfront if some images might not be printed as expected due to the size of original and reducing it, but the ones it mentioned came out perfect anyways.

I was not in a rush to receive these, so a lot of comments bashing them for delivery is down to their own personal problems, cant expect to get photos if you order the afternoon before!!

Cheaper compared to anyone else and i was constantly updated with delivery time.

I would not hesitate to use them again

Just recieved our Wedding Album from Aldi Photos and we are extremely pleased with the end result!
We ordered a Deluxe 12x12 Photo paper glossy hardcover book, with 66 pages. The editing process to make the book was very easy and straight forward and left us very excited to see the end result. We definitely were not dissapointed.The book is perfect and the pictures are extremely clear. The quality is excellent and well worth the price. We will most definitely use Aldi Photos again.

I am not a one for giving reviews but in this case I feel I must. I am giving Aldi photos a big five stars and my own personal recommendation.

Ok I will admit that my order has taken ages to come and I after a week of waiting and their website just showed "order processing" I gave up and ordered elsewhere. Now the big shock was the price - Aldi was only charging £3.25 (including postage) - the other online company charged me £8.75 for a similar order (Aldi: three 12x8" glossy prints and three 7x5" glossy prints - 'The other company: Just four 12x8" glossy prints) - that was a massive difference in price! But the order from the second company arrived here within 3 days after I placed my order. The print quality from the other company I thought was ok - I wasn't totally happy but I thought it was something I had done (I digitised some old black and white prints and enlarged them - so I was expecting them to be a bit grainy and washed out). But I was pleased at the time and had no complaints.

Anyway, just got a knock on the door and low-and-behold, Aldi prints had finally arrived! As soon as opened the package I was most impressed - they were perfect! They were as close to the original prints I had scanned as you could get. When I compared them to the prints from the other company they were far superior - I wish I could show here the difference in the quality - but compared to Aldi's prints, the others looked bleached out, grainy - just not very clear.

Aldi's prints are superb - I am just about to take the other prints out of their frames and replace with Aldi's.

I have another pile of old family photos digitised and ready to be uploaded and printed - if Aldi take weeks and weeks I am not bothered. The quality of prints for the price cannot be beaten - even if they do take a month of Sundays to arrive!

Don't even think of using this service Emails are all apologetic but no action I had to send them a screen shot of my payment which clearly identifies Aldi Photo Service as the beneficiary Three weeks on and I'm still trying to get my refund despite their claim: "Should the order process fail, for whatever reason, payment will still be visible in customers credit card or PayPal account as a "pending payment". These payments are cancelled by the payment vendor automatically after a few days. (3-5 Days / Differs from company to company)" Really? Now they are claiming; "At this point, no payments has been taken by us, and pending payment were cancelled by our accoutning department manualy, otherwise this would show as a payment towars us on your account" Yes that's their spelling! Looks like they forgot about the screenshot as well! My advice: read the reviews Wish I had!

5 days since I used it and my order still in process.
Even provided shipping date has already gone.

I agree with the comments on here about slow delivery, it took my photos 2 weeks to arrive which was frustrating however what’s more frustrating is the quality of the prints. I use both my iPhone X and a digital slr for my photography and I’ve had numerous photos printed from both devices before so I know there’s no issues with quality. My Aldi photos all seem to have very muted colours, almost washed out for want of a better explanation. I’m really disapppointed, I’d had them printed to create an album for a special occasion and the quality is so poor I’ll have to find somewhere last minute to get my project finished in time.

Even if you’re happy to wait, please don’t expect photos of any great quaility. There’s so many other printers out there similarity priced that you’d be silly to choose Aldi.

When I ordered it wasn’t made clear it would be 10 days for arrival but wasn’t in any hurry so it was fine. Read the bad reviews and thought ‘oh no’. I have to say they came in exactly 10 days and I think they’re great value. I ordered almost 500 prints and every photo is clear and the colours are great and with only 5p a print and £1.99 delivery I will be ordering again. Great as long as you don’t need them quick.

Took 10 days to arrive then when the photo arrived it was smaller than ordered( should have been 6x4 but it was 5.25 x4 so did’nt fit the photo frame I’d bought it for. Customer services are useless: I emailed them and got no reply so after 3 days I rang them and they confirmed they would email me with a refund and instructions how to reorder to receive the correct size. That was 7 days ago and i’m Still waiting. Definitely would’nt use them again. So disappointing for an Aldi service

Ordered over a week ago and still no sign of my photos. Considering you pay for delivery this is shocking. After seeing other reviews I am now also worried about the quality. My advice, get your photos printed elsewhere.

Very bad experience with the time of printing and delivery. to start the company they use to make the delivery sucks.
The driver lied saying that he tried to make the delivery twice but nobody was available to receive so he had left the card to call and to re arranged but that was a lie there were no card left. Anyway the fact is until today I have not received my photos yet since almost um month.

Unacceptable, poor, shocking, appalling service! Ordered weeks before Valentine's day and no sign of the photos... When you call customer service they reply with 'This can happen' - Worst customer service experience I have ever had! Never again will I purchase from them. WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!

Used Aldi as a few years ago they were great.

This time I ordered my photos (nothing fancy, 20 standard photos) almost two weeks ago and they’re yet to be delivered. Should have just driven to Tesco and printed them instantly.

Would recommend you do not use.

Low cost and you quickly learn why!
Delivery timescales are horrendous - 10 working days from when you receive the despatch email!!!
Don't use if you are in a hurry or even looking for a reasonably slow delivery time!
And the website for their service - obviously managed by a sub-contractor - is a joke. They have not even spent the time getting a native English speaker to review the text. Kindergarten web services mistake.

Horrendous avoid.I had issues uploading and issues being charged twice etc etc.i had to cancel whole thing in the end.Plus side the customer service sorted refund no problem if which I'm grateful.i would prefer to pay more money for better service

my order has been "out for delivery" for seven days now. Seriously? This is a joke - won't use again.

I was worried looking at the reviews but i was pleasantly surprised! The quality of photos are really good value and delivery service was good and tracked. For around £20 for 400 photos, i am really happy. Thank you Aldi!
