Enjoyed the weeks coach holiday in north Wales. Hotel & staff were extremely welcoming, friendly & very helpful. Our driver, Dan, was absolutely brilliant & made the coach trips very enjoyable with his knowledge of the area, interesting facts & his witty humour. Also felt very safe with his excellent driving. Not a complaint but just an observation as we & others agreed on : just felt that whilst visiting places the time spent at many of the places was a little too long as most of the folk were often sat waiting quite a while to get back on the coach. But all in all an excellent week.

Overall a excellent holiday! Food was delicious! Room was tidy and a good mix of excursions and free time! Our only gripe is that some excursions such as tentagel should be all day instead of half a day as there wasn't enough time to see everything! Apart from that 10 out of 10

Well coordinated travel arrangements. Hotels always of a good standard with great staff and menus to suit everyone. The excursions were well thought out and enhanced by the knowledge of the drivers.

the cumberland hotel was great the food…
the cumberland hotel was great the food was fantastic'
the only downside was the trips out. we had a different driver every time. usually a relief we only had our designated driver on the way home. from tamworth to scarborough we had a relief driver and he went all the way there without a stop. (just over 3 hours) apart from this we really enjoyed the holiday

We enjoyed some lovely company among other guests. The hotel staff were a delight. The driver, Calum, was consistently pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about all the destinations we visited.

Wow just come back from tenby through alfa coaches nick was our driver lovely guy, stayed at cliffe norton hotel the staff were lovely especially paul and Danny who entertained us.made us feel so welcome. The manager/deputy manager were lovely.and the waiting on staff looked after us through all the hot weather, it didnt go un noticed thank you.any wayHighly recommend alfa

Great friendly driver makes everyone feel comfortable been to hotel before so knew what to expect have to say the standard of meals has deteriorated dramatically since my last visit but the staff were still very good especially the bar staff

Our driver Gary was excellent.Very pleasant and informative went above and beyond to help make our holiday good.Food was good unfortunately the shower in our room was tiny my husband really struggled to use it and the entertainment was very poor.Management and staff were excellent.Had a lovely holiday even with the couple of faults.Would definitely visit again.

Devon delights , highly recommended
The pickup at our local services was perfect for us, the coach arrived on time and fortunately the traffic flow on the journey to our destination was good, we arrived at our hotel (The Metropole Torquay) in good time. The hotel was excellent with our allocated room of being of a high standard. The meals were superb with a good choice available, this is what we’ve come to expect from Alfa hotels, the staff especially our waitress (Linda) couldn’t have been more welcoming and she was very efficient. I can’t comment on the entertainment as we ventured out instead but there was bingo and a singer in every night, I thanked our driver (Neil) who couldn’t have been better and provided a great commentary as he drove along, showing he had a really good knowledge of the area and those of our included excursions, all in all I would definitely recommend Alfa coach holidays.

The holiday
The holiday was great. The hotel was not a holiday hotel, no entertainment, two drinks £14.00, no wardrobes lived out of suitcase, but the staff were fabulous couldn't do enough for you. Same to be said for our driver Steve, really helpful and pleasant, nothing too much trouble for him.

Brilliant driver
Brilliant driver, lovely hotel with great food, very well organised.
Only hiccup was taxi transfer from Skegness. The driver drove off before closing the boot so therefore lost our rucksack containing medical supplies. Didn't realise till we reached Tamworth. Alfa staff did their best to help.
