So I get my previous reviews taken down all because I spoke the truth and said how I feel? What was the point in writing a review!! You might as well report this one aswel! I would never use your services or recommend them to my worst enemy!

Firstly, as an NHS nurse I do not need this. We are in a pandemic and my patients are more important that receiving nuisance texts from Allay. So here is my situation, over two years ago I was contacted by Allay that they can assist in claiming PPI as there was a deadline (I can see people are still claiming from reviews I have read today?), the form
did state (if I remember correctly) that if the claim was not successful I did not have to worry etc. Cannot remember the rest. I had one communication email from them to say one of my banks was going to look into the credit card i had had with them.
Allay then contacted me (email ) to say my claim was successful and I will be getting a cheque from the bank. To this date I have not received the cheque but have had lots of texts, emails and phone messages from Allay requesting payment for ‘THEIR FEES’. How do you justify paying a fee when you have not received the settlement? I did contact them several times to inform them I was still waiting for the cheque. Even asking me to chase it up with the bank, why should o do the chasing when they were the ones acting on my behalf? They also promised to stop sending their nuisance texts and emails requesting payment of their fees. I still get them everyday, two years on (apparently they are automated as I was informed today).
Today I got another one of their texts, what was strange is that when I went to their payment portal with their so called reference number and my date of birth, a message came and I quote “Unfortunately we were unable to locate you on our system, please check your details and try again or contact us”.
I advised them to stop the claim as NO LONGER WANT THAT MONEY AND NOT EVEN INTERESTED (I have survived all these years without PPI money, did not even budget for it). The lady assisting me said I still have to pay the fee?? When you have done nothing apart from bombard me with nuisance calls; texts and emails??
Allay; I can understand your situation, or I am trying to. But if you want me to take this to the media or watchdog, I will do it as this is just not right.
I am not going to be contacting the bank and doing the work for you. I am overwhelmed as it is trying to save lives and keep people safe having contracted Covid twice myself and nearly died. I do not need this stress. Regards.

Allay dealt with my ppi claim quickly and
Efficiently , they were always friendly and helpful and the price I had to pay for their services in recieving my claim was very fair considering the work that they had put in to get my money back for me . I would recommend their services .

Sorted out claim for ppi I didn’t have to do anything everything was handled by you and you always kept me informed about what was going on and how things was going even when I started getting letters and calls from the people we were claiming from was correcting me you said I had nothing to worry about it you would take in hand and sort things out. I’m very grateful for what you did and after nearly 2 years I got my pay out thank you for all your hard work.

Honestly we had completely forgot about this particular claim ,so imagine our surprise when we received our cheque.This was the second successful claim that Allay have handled for us and it really is very very easy and straight forward .Just give them as many details as you can and thats it .
All in all i dont think you will get a better service than Allay .Thank you .

Very pleased to say that I was able to win both of my cases thanks to Allay.
Very helpful and advised me that I could claim a tax refund for the tax paid on the interest, the form has been sent to the taxman!
