Yes it all sounds lovely, but these people are a faceless, uncontactable set of pirates who will meddle with your taxes and never stop sending you spam emails and texts. AVOID!!! SPAM AT BEST!!!

I gave them one star as it was the only way to procede. If I could have entered a minus figure I would have.
So anyway. I get a letter telling me that HMRC had incorrectly deducted tax from my PPI Compensation.... compensation is there such a thing?
The letter makes it seem that I must have a MASSIVE rebate? Coming to me?WHOOPEEE!!!
Blazened on the right in BIG letters it says "Refunds in 2023 £13m+" Followed by "Successful refunds 60k".And then.."Get your refund in as little as 6 WEEKS" and "Our Largest win £12.2k" there's one slight problem in all of this.... I don't receive PPI. I SMELL A BIG ROTTEN FESTERING FISH.
I strongly suspect that the glowing experiences of Allay were written by Allay themselves. It's a GREAT way of pumping up their rateings on sites like this.
Also a little tip for you? If you recieve mail from these people? Or anyone like then...Mark it "Return to sender" and Allay will have to pay the postage charges. They'll soon give up post bombing you.

Desperately trying to get in touch with Allay there is no phone number and my emails go unanswered, if anyone or allay sees this could you please respond to me ASAP

Fed up with their pestering unsolicited text messages. They are obviously just trying to make money out of people saying that they’re owed money paid to HMRC on their PPI claim. Mine was settled years ago with tax refunded so why are they still pestering, they didn’t even deal with my original claim!!

Complete and utter scammers. Have police involved. They have taken my HMRC rebate cheque and are withholding, I never signed anything to do with this and now cannot get answer

Watch this company total scammers my partner had a claim of 800 pounds ended up with 30 pounds then they don't answer the phone be aware

Awful. Spam me all the time even though I block every single contact. I have no interest and have never contacted them

A spammer company sends messages I didn't order. In order to unsubscribe, I have to unsubscribe by sending an SMS saying STOP to a premium number. They mistyped my name.

Allay contacted me to tell me I was due a tax refund on my PPI claim they made for me. The company actually ended up getting me a tax bill by using estimated figures. I have been trying to get hold of them ever since and they ignore me. I now have the tax man on my back chasing me for money that I don't owe.

I am being harrased by this company with excessive messages. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their system and for them to leave me alone but they won't. Next step is a complaint to the ICO. They have one month to respond!!

Claimed my Ppi back From Barclays that I never new I held. Then a couple of years later contacted me out of the blue and got me over £100 tax back that the tryrants took from it. Perfect and thanks very much Allay.

Made a PPI claim through Allay.
Allay told me my claim was successfull and billed me for their time.
I received no payment from the bank.
Allay then passed their bill to a debt collector!
Eventually I made an agreement to pay just to get rid of the debt collector, despite receiving no PPI refund.
Allay have now got back in touch to say they made a mistake and I paid tax on my PPI refund. Would I like them to sort this out for me!? This sounds like they're about to run up another spurious bill and extract further money from me with further menaces.

A second rate company who did nothing. Asked for information (sent) but then failed to do anything at all. Now texts talking about tax on a payment which I never got. A two bit outfit and don't use.

Retrieved over £24,000 from my PPI claim. Absolutely over the moon.

I was approached by this company saying I was owed tax from my PPI claim, I had paid too much. Unfortunately the form they sent via sims I deleted by mistake my fault. But o my god the hassle I have had trying to get it re sent is damn near impossible. It takes them weeks to answer e mails and with no real response if I had done that where I worked or took so long to answer an E mail I would have been called to the managers office. Not efficient a tall

I have been receiving emails from this company about some PPI I know nothing about or is interested in, something about HMRC owning me ££, which I know about. I hope by opting out of it they don’t try coming after me with any foolishness. I wish they would just leave me tf alone

What a bunch of crooks. I was in an IVA with Ebenegate and they appointed Allay to collect any PPI on my behalf. They claimed £3944.01 but only declared £2472.99 including their fee?? I want to know where the other £1471.02 has gone?? I’m now going through a complaints process with claims management ombudsman to try and find out? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE CROOKS.

I am receiving text messages about a debt from allay which I am supposed to have.they claimed they won a ppi claim for me but I can honestly say they did not.They are renowned for doing this you only have to read the reviews.What kind of company would offer you a substantial discount .I am not the type of person to not pay what I owe I have never been in debt in all of my 67 years they have been harassing me for 3 years then stopped then the next thing I get is text messages from yourself.This is making me I'll I do not owe anything.

Where do I start . This bunch of low lives have conned me into paying money that I know I don't owe them. Had financial ombudsman look into it but apparently this bunch have sent me texts etc ! Strange that as I haven't anything on my text messages. And apparently I signed something on line! No I didn't as signature not even remotely mine! They harass you constantly . Can't afford to take to court so have to pay. Vile company, avoid at all costs .
