Very helpful and easy process. But it can be a long wait to speak to a person sometimes if it’s a general enquiry.

Allay were vety helpful in getting my claim. When I had queries they were able to help me.

I contacted Allay a few years ago, never really expecting to get any refunds. They continued to chase up my claims until managing to get me refunds from four different accounts.

Allay are a excellent service.got my claim settlement sorted very fast.would like to thank all staff for a job well done.

Got me my PPI money. It took a while and they didn’t tell me about my last one, but a cheque through the post is a nice surprise.

Quite good getting first ppi. Been waiting on another for 19 months. Got a snotty response from allay when I asked why it was taking so long. Missed out on another claim as they found it out of time frame. Now they're giving up on us.

Asked allay not to proceed with claim.
No signature from myself and they still proceeded.. Now chasing me for money... Poor service.. Stay clear

Cancelled agreement as they were taking way too long to get back to me. Now they have given me bad credit and claim that I owe them money. The small print in the agreements is worse than the PPI offenders they are chasing. Stay well clear of this company as they chase for debts aggressively. No proof of signed agreement but still they pester and try and wear me down. You will not get a penny from me because I did *ALL* the work you morons.

Harassment continues to text demands payment for something that was not mine complete joke

Pleased to hear Allay were good for many of you but not sure what they've done for me and communication was practically non existent. Now months & months later they text to say they have decided to stop processing PPI claims after 31.03.21 and do I want some other company their 'friends' to pursue my active / unresolved claim. First I've heard of it!! Incredible.
