Found Allstar after having a fuel card with an alternative company and having a bad experience. Did an enquiry and Elisha called me almost straight away, she has been fantastic from start to finish. Has answered every query straight away and know she is on hand if needed. Our cards were sent quickly and the app and online account was easy to set up.
She has checked in since we have used the card to see if any further help needed. Her customer service has been second to none and I would highly recommend allstar and Elisha.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this fuel card company.
I was charged a monthly fee within just a couple of days of ordering the card, which was never clearly explained at the start. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told a credit note would be issued — but later they changed their position and did not honour this.
To make matters worse, I was then hit with a £99 late payment fee for being just one day late. That kind of charge feels completely unreasonable and unfair.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and excessive fees make this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this company.

Scammer watch out once you signed up you can’t get through to noone to explain how they are invoicing you.
I agree with all the negative feedback I read so far I am experiencing the same problem over
We are being significantly over charged by Allstar for fuel at the pump, under the pretence of being deemed a high risk.
I contacted Allstar customer service who say an email was sent to us explaining we were considered high risk and a charge would be added to our fuel. I have no record of receiving this.
I have tried to login to my account multiple times to cancel online as you can’t through to them over the phone.
It’s keep saying the on-time-password sent but nothing has been sent.
I am stuck with the subscription since October 2025.
Paying a monthly fee of £9.59 even when I don’t need this scammer card but I can’t get through to them.

Extremely helpful customer service
I had to call customer service to get a copy invoice as the log in code would not send to my email address.
I spoke to Lizzie and she couldn't have been more helpful, emailed me the invoice and was very entertaining while she was trying to retrieve the email.

Outstanding Customer Support
I had a really positive experience with customer services recently and wanted to mention Beverley Choules in particular. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me. Nothing was too much trouble and she even took the time to help with a few extra things to make sure everything was sorted properly. Risk Based Pricing - Scam?
We are being significantly over charged by Allstar for fuel at the pump, under the pretence of being deemed a high risk.
We pay by direct debit for all fuel used and have never missed any payments.
I've checked our companies credit rating on Experian and we score 65 which is deemed to be healthy. I contacted Allstar customer service who say an email was sent to us explaining we were considered high risk and a charge would be added to our fuel. I have no record of receiving this.
I would urge other customers to check their transactions and check what they're paying for fuel. We are currently being charged £2.30 per litre by Allstar for fuel at Tesco advertised at £1.89.
I estimate Allstar has over charged us, in excess of £800 for fuel used.
We're moving our account to another fuel card provider who I hope is more honest and transparent.
Another lesson learnt in business.
Account Suspended, Extremely Poor Customer Service.
We mistakenly missed a Business Direct Debit payment on 08/04/26 while in the process of changing Bank Accounts and our Allstar account was deactivated. Despite making prompt payment to settle the balance the same day, our account remains suspended. We have phoned your Customer Service and had no answer or call-back and emailed Direct Debit collections multiple times and received no response. This worrying lack of response does not reflect well on your Customer Service. We request that this is addressed as a matter of urgency and have our account reinstated without further delay.
Update 17/04/26: We still have not received an email or had an update as to whether our account has been reactivated.
