We have used Alpenchalets for many years and they are excellent, being both professional and effective. We highly recommend them.

Great Chalets, Service, Communication & Team!
I spend many weeks in different Chalets in Swiss or France and all of them: confirm the Chalet description, no maintenance gaps, organization things works well. Value for money could not be better (hopefully that will not kick off price increases ;-))

Fraud. We stayed at a chalet in Thyon dec4th to dec 11th, . Paid the deposit and didn´t received the deposit back because they say we didn´t clean "properly" and broke something (we were charged 36EUR ecah person in the deposit for the final cleaning), three weeks after our stay. When asked for proof, they don´t show anything but their words...and the house was left in MINT conditions. Faud and thiefs at the same time.

Michael, you keep lying again and again. I can not post the bank transfer, but 500, not 600CHF were refunded, and you kept 200CHF from the deposit. Again, as mentioned in my email conversations with you and the agency, you are fraud and scums. I´ve requested pictures from the cleaning team that would show, according to your words "the very bad state" we left the chalet, and you haven´t sent any proof. The chalet was left in more than MINT condition. It´s your word agains ours, but you don´t show no picture to prove it. And again, you accused us of breaking something, and you sent the pictures, three weeks later, but not the bill or invoice of substitution or repair of the thing you said we broke. As we come from a different country, we have no other way to complain against your company and the agency, and no other way to claim our money back, but be sure you have lost an every year returning customer and referall. And please, again, don´t lie. If you like to steal easy money from customers it´s on your conscience.

Again...this is a proof of how serious you are...you reply to my post three years later, what a joke!!! My sister in law lives in Basel, she called you many times and never received and answer back, and again, no picture or proof of what you or the cleaning team state...I will never rent back with you again, and warn potential customers what's your policy to keep the deposit.

Beau chalet au calme très bien situé : aux pieds des Menuires, à 5 min à pied d’un télé siège et à 1 min d’un loueur de matériel.
Cuisine bien équipée et aménagements bien pensés comme la pièce de rangement des skis, le cellier et même le sauna.
Complètement conforme à l’annonce et accueil sur place très efficace.

j'ai envoyé une demande de réservation le 04/08 par l'intermédiaire de chalet-montagne pour le chalet Ulysse à Peisey-Nancroix. Il était à 1070€
Alpenchalet m'a répondu le 06/08 que je pouvais réserver par leur site où il était à 1790€ la semaine. Le changement de prix a été aussi effectué sur chalet-montagne le 06/08. Suite à ma protestation, Alpenchalet m'a dit que ce n'était pas de chance pour moi que le prix ait augmenté, ils ont invoqué un pb de "chevauchement", et que je n'avais qu'à réserver plus tôt quand le prix était plus bas.
Résultat, je n'ai evidemment pas loué ce chalet, d'une part parce qu'il était plus cher, d'autre part parce que je n'aime pas être pris pour un pigeon. Resultat aussi, ce chalet n'a pas té loué pour cette période

Die Buchung und die Betreuung von Alpen Chalets war während der besonderen Situation der Corona Pandemie sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei allen Fragen wurde einem geholfen und man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben.
Die Naturchalets in Saalbach-Hinterglemm sind ein Traum und wunderschön - man tritt ein und fühlt sich wohl. Alles ist sehr stylisch und perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung passt prima zur Architektur, es wurde an alles gedacht und es sind viele detaillierte Dinge vorhanden.

Mitarbeiter kennen die Skihütten - top!

Made a verbal agreement to guarantee refund in the times of the pandemic but did not honour their word. Absolutely disgusting, dishonest, and immoral.

Gute Abwicklung, wurde bei Frage direkt zurückgerufen.

unser Urlaub in den franz. Alpen war ein voller Erfolg, das große Ferienhaus La Brise -das uns die DAme am Telefon zum Skifahren Ende April empfohlen hat- kam bei den Teilnehmern toll an, gerne wieder

Portal an sich ist ok, aber Preise sind falsch, werden erst zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung und dann deutlich nach oben korrigiert. Mangelhaft!

modernes, ansprechendes Chalet in La Tzoumaz: hochwertige Ausstattung, gut geschnitten, beeindruckende Ausblicke ins Rhonetal und an benachbarte Berghänge. Kurze Wege zum Skilift und ins Ortszentrum mit Shopping und Kneipen

Nous avons loué le chalet Teychenne dans le valais.
Le contact avec l'agence en allemagne a été rapide et efficace. Surprise positivement de leur maitrise de la langue française. J'ai demandé deux modifications qu'ils ont opéré de manière efficace et rapide. Le relais avec l'agence locale s'est très bien passée. Tout s'est bien passé et l'accueil fût très convivial et professionnel.
Et pour en arriver au principal, le chalet était exceptionnel et le mot est faible. Superbement bien situé et très bien équipé. Je résumerai ceci Nous y étions comme chez nous. Bravo pour tout !

Bei allen Buchungen (bisher 6) konnten meine Wünsche und Vorstellungen erfüllt werden. Die weitere Abwicklung war klar und zuverlässig. Am Urlaubsort sind die Hausverwalter auch sehr darum bemüht den Bedürfnissen der Gäste gerecht zu werden. Bei Unstimmigkeiten hat ein Kontakt mit den Betreuern schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Urlaub mit alpenchalets.com.

Passendes Ferienhaus war auf der Internetseite - trotz der großen Auswahl - schnell gefunden und leicht gebucht. Freundliche und ausführliche Antworten auf unsere Fragen zu Skigebiet und Skipässen. Ferienhaus war gepflegt, gemütlich und groß - wir buchen gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder!

Habe eine wunderschöne Winterwoche im Chalet Aurore in CH-Les Collons verbracht. Gemütliches Chalet genau richtig für 2 Familien. War von vorn (Onlinebuchung) bis hinten (Service vor Ort) zufrieden. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.
