Sourced aluminium profiles and parts for my eracing lab motion platform from aluxprofiles and I am very happy with the process and their customer support. All parts are of high quality, not a single scratch on the profiles. The shipping costs are not high at all, even if my order was 60kg +The webstore page is also very good and easy to navigate. Can be a bit hard to reach by mail, but answers phone and is very easy to communicate with. I can highly reccomend this company for aluminium profiles and parts.

Niet aan beginnen. Na het plaatsen van een order, na 15min gemaild voor een foutje in de bestelling. Maandagochtend nog een mailtje en proberen te bellen. 6 uur later kreeg ik een verzendbevestiging en inmiddels na 5 dagen nog steeds geen contact.... Blijkt de firma ook nog in Polen te zitten. Koop gewoon iets in Nederland voor iets meer.

I was hesitant to order from Aluxprofiel.nl,seeing the Trustpilot reviews, so I send their customer service an "test email" to see their response time, and response. I got an email back within 2 business days.

This gave me the confidence to order from their website.

I ordered a black 4080 simrig on a Friday evening. Knowing I could take 2 weeks.
But it dit not take 2 weeks. I had the complete order at home within 6 days (The Netherlands). Got the packages on Thursday morning.

The packaging was great, and the profiles had very few light scratches. As a technician I know these are pretty much unpreventable if you need to cut them.

When getting the profiles out of the boxes, there where a lot of aluminium shaving coming with it. In the box as well as inside of the profiles. Along with some cooling residues that had a bad smell.

This is the one thing I would give Aluxprofiel in feedback: maybe try and remove the shavings inside of the factory with compressed air. This would cost them 2 minutes.
And this would have saved me 2 to 3 hours of cleaning. I did not want aluminium shavings inside of my house (cats), and the cooling residues did not smell nice so I had to clean the inside of the profiles.

If someone would open this package on carpet, not knowing this, it would bring allot of extra work cleaning the carpet. And probably a angry partner.

Building the frame was easy if you have the drawings. They did not provide the drawings in paper, so I had to use my phone. Could be a nice touch to add the drawings.

The frame itself is very strong, and I do not think the brand simrigs in the same price category can compare to it. I feel like these frames are a lot better.

So in short:

Received damaged and scratched Alu Profiles. No answers to my requests to solve the issue. Can't recommend this company.

Levering op 5-10-205 geplaats, zou hier zijn op 17-10-2025 netjes vooraf betaald. Probeer al een paar dagen contact te krijgen maar geen gehoor, jammer dat ik niet eerder reviews heb gelezen....track and trace werkt natuurlijk niet . Bought multiple parts for an assembly. This assembly was necessary for a MSc project. Aluxprofile shipped 3-way connectors for 2020 profile, full of defects, that would make it impossible for the profile to sit flush.

Easy to order, fair shiping price. Shiped within a day on length specific rails.
God packing, no issues at al.

Slechte service en incomplete levering. klantenservice is in zijn geheel niet bereikbaar en er wordt ook niet gereageerd op mails.

The products were well packaged, but the Keyboard holder plate had two long and deep scratches. Fortunately they are invisible underneath.

In mijn bestelling zijn een heel aantal hoeken niet meegestuurd, ze nemen de telefoon niet op en reageren niet op mails.
Had ondertussen al een nieuwe bestelling gedaan waar het meegestuurd had kunnen worden, maar als je op niets reageert kan het ook niet opgelost worden.
Ik ben op zoek om in de toekomst een goede partner te vinden voor alu extrusie en grote bestellingen te plaatsen maar dit wordt hem niet denk ik.

Ik bestelde zakelijk bij Alux maar nadat ik betaald had kreeg ik een factuur met 0% BTW erop en dus ook een andere bedrag. Ik probeer al weken lang contact te krijgen maar men reageert nergens op.
Heel frustrerend allemaal.

Zeer snelle levering zelfs inclusief het wijzigen van de order omdat ik een verkeerde maat had opgegeven. Prima kwaliteit materiaal.

Grote bestelling geplaatst van profielen en bevestiging accessoires. De bestelling is twee weken te laat geleverd door toedoen van UPS, maar helaas ontbrak er vervolgens ook nog ter waarde van 20 euro aan zwarte hoekbeugels waardoor ik de kast niet in elkaar kon zetten. Hierover heb ik contact opgenomen via de telefoon, toen moest ik het op de e-mail zetten en kreeg ik na nog een 14 dagen uiteindelijk reactie dat het wel verstuurd is met een vage screenshot van beveiligingscamera's. Het kan best kloppen, maar het resultaat blijft dat ik mijn hoekbeugels niet heb en dat het waarschijnlijk met het verzenden is zoekgeraakt. De doos inclusief profielen kwamen zwaar beschadigt aan waar ik ook foto's van het toegestuurd, maar iedere vorm van contact ontbreekt nu en ik moet mijn verlies blijkbaar maar nemen. Totaal geen verantwoordelijkheid vanuit dit bedrijf en heel traag contact.

Wij bestelden profiel voor ons camperbouw project. We zijn echt enorm tevreden. De verschillende lengtes profielen kwamen allemaal binnen een week aan en waren precies op maat. Wij kregen zelfs nog persoonlijk advies via de mail!

Very fast delivery, everything was complete and packaged well. Length was exactly cut too specifications.
