Purchased a refurbished leg press from Amazon Leisure and the whole experience has been great. The condition of the machine is fantastic, and the support/communication from Toby and the team during the process is the best I've had from any equipment provider.

I recently purchased a treadmill and spin bike from Amazon Leisure and the service from the initial contact to installation was excellent, I dealt with Toby and he always responded very promptly to my numerous queries.
If you are looking for great well priced gym equipment I don't think you will find a better service.

Their website is in development but after I got in touch, the service was excellent. Toby was very responsive and dealt with my enquiries. I have just taken delivery of a fantastic treadmill. Excellent condition and a trouble free delivery. Really impressed.

This was my second major purchase from this company. The service six years ago was excellent and the service I received in 2026 was just as good the response time for emails was excellent. The products are as described and the staff are very helpful. I wasn’t hesitate to buy another BIKE from this company. If I wanted one I cannot fault the service or the friendliness of this company.

Good dependable seller. Very happy with the purchase. Very good communication throughout with prompt and satisfactory replies. I bought an exercise bike for a very reasonable price and when there was an issue with the console, I was sent a replacement within a day of reporting. So, would be happy to buy from them again.

This is the second machine I have had from Amazon Leisure. Went back due to the fact that the quality of the first one is fantastic. The second one didn't disappoint.

Absolutely first class service from this company. I was dubious about making an expensive purchase on line, so I phoned them up, and honestly you couldn’t find a friendlier or more helpful team. Gillian and Haley and the team pulled out all the stops to get a refurbished static bike with me as soon as they could, and it’s indistinguishable from new, saved me a packet, and is providing many hours of ‘fun’ 😂🙈. I was very impressed with the advice I received when I initially contacted Amazon Leisure about purchasing a treadmill. Gillian went out of her way to ensure that I understood what was available and that it would suit my needs. After some discussion I decided to purchase a Life Fitness G5. The install team who attended were extremely polite and professional and really went out of their way to ensure the equipment was set up exactly as it should be and explained how it all worked, made sure I was happy before they left. I can’t fault the experience I’ve had using Amazon Leisure and certainly will be back in touch when next I need to purchase any equipment for my home gym. Amazon Leisure can go under the radar a little as I am not sure how big their social media presence is but I have made two significant purchases with them over the last few years and on both occasions they have performed superbly on the items they have supplied me with. Both the gym and the bike I have purchased from them arrived in perfect working order, look like new (even though supposedly second-hand) and their delivery guys were really professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Gill was fantastic from start to finish and really did me proud on the bike she helped to pick out from the numerous options in their stocks. Overall I am extremely pleased with my items and more than happy to give them a glowing review to anyone that will listen.

I have just purchased a secondhand Octane Pro 3700 crosstrainer. My main contact was Gill who was excellent, very professional with a good product knowledge. All the other staff were also very professional. I would recommend this company

I was looking for a recumbent exercise bike to help with cardio fitness.
I found Amazon Leisure on google and discovered it was only a few miles from where I live.
They sell new and refurbished exercise equipment. From the first phone call to delivery of the bike Amazon leisure was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie and he was very knowledgeable about the equipment I was interested in.
