Für mich die ohne eine Dokument von Amnesty International haben ? ist ein Müll, ein politische, Institut wie kann ich ein Mitgliedschaft identifizieren wenn wen probleme sind ? , ich bezahlen eine Mitgliedschaft ? oder eine Dokument oder Ausweis aber es gibt es nicht ? deswegern ich glaube nicht in dieser institut ist nur ein wort 100%

J'étais très intéressée pour faire un don, mais je leur ai expliqué que là j'étais pressée et que je verrai cela plus tard chez moi. Le démarcheur m'a alors tenu la grappe le plus qu'il pouvait, me prétextant que ça ne prendrait qu'une seconde. Comme il ne voulait pas me lâcher, et que je me sentais vraiment oppressée, j'ai finalement été obligée d'accepter

Résultat des courses : cela a duré bien plus longtemps qu'il ne le laissait entendre, et j'ai fini en retard à mon rendez vous

C'est dommage de déclarer défendre les droits humains, mais d'oppresser à ce point les potentiels donateurs

I think its just a bunch of lost people with low understanding of real political and world issues. If they are so keen on peoples rights and ethics... maybe start with how you engage with the community with correct factual data instead of emotional blackmail with surface information that try's to evoke an emotional response from manipulation.....

I recently signed a humanitarian petition through Amnesty because I support the cause. However, last night I received a phone call around 8pm from a mobile number referencing that petition. I don’t recall giving permission to be contacted by phone, and the number appears to be clearly associated with A Roofing company in sydney.

This made me concerned about how my contact details may be used or shared after signing petitions. I would appreciate clarification on your privacy policy and whether phone outreach is done through third parties.

They use predatory solicitation tactics on vulnerable populations.

Per tre volte ho revocato l' addebito diretto della mia donazione ad Amnesty International e per tre volte è stato da loro riattivato senza il mio consenso. Volevo revocare la donazione perché mi sono trovato in forte disaccordo con le loro campagne.

Absolutely disgusted learning this. They frame their position as protecting prostitutes, but legalization and decriminalisation do the opposite. They increase demand massively and as almost no one wants to do the 'work', sex trafficking increases+vulnerable women 'choosing' it (poverty is the most common vulnerability). There is no way to make the 'work' safe, it is paid for rape and even when it's legal there is just as much physical violence, not paying (which legally counts as rape), sexual violence on top of the inherent violation, emotional violence etc.. They talk about 'consenting sex workers' while 89% want nothing more than to leave, 67% have PTSD (study in 9 countries, no the nrs are not lower in countries where it is legal!). They ignore the inherent harms, gender and economic inequality.
I read a lot of studies about this subject, Amnesty's position is unscientific, they spread a lot of misinformation. A study in 150 countries showed that legalisation increases sex trafficking. Another study in 39 studies proved the same.

Amnesty needs to promote abolition/the nordic model and advocate for the freedom and human right to not have to participate in your own sexual abuse and exploitation in order to survive!

Demarché dans une grande surface j'ai été "remercié" pour écourter le dialogue. Le "salarié" m'a clairement fait comprendre qu'ils étaient au rendement....... Bien triste

I submitted a complaint regarding an incident in which, in my view, there was scheming and deliberate attempts to have me placed in a psychiatric institution due to the public expression of my political views. The Hungarian office rejected my complaint, stating that it does not fall within their jurisdiction. In addition, it has been more than a month since I filed a complaint with your U.S. and U.K. headquarters about the Hungarian office manager, and I still have not received any response. (In Hungary, there is no rule of law.)

Lavoro di dipendenza camuffato da corso di formazione .
Dopo 2 giorni di video e formatori che non sono formatori...ma persone che si spacciano per tali ...inizi a chiamare le persone che non sono Lead ma sono semplici persone che hanno firmato un appello .Quindi chiamate a freddo come un call center .
Non è un part-time ma lavori mattina e pomeriggio in base al tutor che ti viene assegnato .
Se dopo 15 giorni non riesci a convertire i firmatari a donatori facendoti dare codice fiscale e dati bancari o della carta di credito ti dicono che puoi smettere di fare il corso e che ti pagano il dovuto che non sono più o 500 lordi per le 4 settimane di corso ma la metà .
Nel contratto di formazione che firmi c'è scritto che le chiamate partono dalla quarta settimana,ma non è vero come già scritto telefoni dal secondo giorno di formazione.
Tanta pressione e formazione pessima perché non fatta da professionisti.
Fanno colloqui tutte le settimane e mettono tutte le settimane persone in formazione perché non tengono nessuno ,perché nemmeno le Operatrici e gli operatori senior riescono a fare le 7 conversioni che vogliono che tu faccia durante la formazione.
Questo perché devono dimostrare di fare le formazioni e poi essendo l'obbiettivo troppo altro hanno la scusa per non farti il Cococo e quindi formare altri.
Una presa in giro .
Non perdete tempo perché non vi assumeranno MAI nemmeno se foste i migliori .

Vandaag werd ik gebeld door 020 369 11 96 wat Amnesty blijkt te zijn. Geen idee hoe zij aan mijn 06 nummer komen ondanks dat ik me heb aangemeld bij mij niet bellen.
Best aso voor een hulporganisatie om ongevraagd te bellen. Is hulp of geld verddienen hun kerntaak vraag ik me hardop af.

Ze zijn daar waar het nodig is en ook daar om het enigzins te voorkomen en/of voor ondersteuning/bemiddelen. Ga zo door dankbaar voor jullie inzet 👍

Ipocriti e falsi. Battersi per i diritti umani, e poi sfruttare i propri dipendenti con orari assurdi, stipendi da fame e pressioni psicologiche fortissime.
Ma andiamo con ordine. Rispondo ad un annuncio di lavoro di Amnesty International pubblicato su un sito di lavoro.
Si parla di un mese di formazione retribuito con 500 euro lordi. Il mese di formazione in realtà si è tradotto in una sola mattinata di formazione, con la visione di alcuni filmati sull'operato di Amnesty, dopodiché è subito iniziato il lavoro vero e proprio.
Nessuna lezione sulla gestione delle obiezioni, nessuna notizia riguardo gli appelli più importanti. Si parte immediatamente in chiamata già dal secondo giorno. Le nozioni devi studiartele da solo, da degli script che ti forniscono loro. Il lavoro consiste nel contattare telefonicamente persone che hanno sottoscritto appelli di Amnesty, per convincerle a diventare donatori regolari, fornendo il proprio IBAN collegato a conto bancario, dal quale Amnesty preleva mensilmente una somma mai inferiore alle 15 euro. Praticamente un call center outbound su liste di clienti profilati, anche se loro con una certa spocchia ci tengono a ribadire di non essere un call center. Invece lo sono: vendono, fatturano, pagano, incassano, si esitano i risultati delle chiamate, proprio come si fa in tutti i call center. Si lavora su orari spezzati tra mattina e pomeriggio, a discrezione del proprio team leader, in più devi studiare per conto tuo, crearti un tuo script. Praticamente un lavoro full time, mascherato da corso di formazione, retribuito con 500 euro lordi. Quelli che raccolgono i pomodori nella piana di Gioia Tauro guadagnano di più.
E questo è niente se rapportato alle forti pressioni psicologiche cui si è sottoposti. I risultati devono esserci, si devono produrre un tot di schede a settimana. Se non lo fai, sono dolori.
A partire dalla seconda settimana (di quello che doveva essere un corso di formazione), se non produci nuovi sostenitori, vieni tallonato strettamente oltre che dal team leader, anche da un formatore, che si intrufola a sorpresa nella chat di lavoro, ascolta e rilascia feedback. A questo si aggiungono riunioni settimanali per motivare i dipendenti e spingerli a produrre risultati, e prove di ascolto, per erudire le nuove leve.
Tutto questo per 500 euro LORDI.
Per carità, tenete lontani i vostri figli da questi sfruttatori.

• Vorab wird zugesichert, dass praktisch alle übernommen werden, solange man sich nicht extrem danebenbenimmt. Das weckt falsche Sicherheit und führt dazu, dass viele ihre Zeit und sogar wichtige Termine für diese Schulungen freihalten.
• Zwei volle Tage Schulung (jeweils ca. 6 Stunden) mit auswendig lernen, Präsentationen vorbereiten und massenweise Informationen – alles unter der Prämisse, man sei bereits „so gut wie drin“.
• Am Ende erfolgt die Absage: nicht wie angekündigt per E-Mail am Abend, sondern direkt in der Feedbackrunde – ohne transparente Kriterien, ohne ernsthafte Begründung.

Fazit: Bewerber*innen investieren viel Zeit und Energie, werden mit falschen Hoffnungen hingehalten und am Ende eiskalt aussortiert. Dieses Verfahren ist weder fair noch professionell – und für eine Organisation, die sich auf Menschenrechte und Werte beruft, schlicht untragbar.

Für mich persönlich war es eine extrem enttäuschende und frustrierende Erfahrung, und ich möchte andere ausdrücklich davor warnen, sich das anzutun.

Ich wurde gerade in Liestal am Bahnhof von euch belästigt. Ich habe 5 mal gefragt, ob es darum geht unterschriften oder Spenden zu sammeln. Ich unterschreibe gerne, falls es darum geht zu helfen. Aber ich möchte nicht spenden, schon gar nicht wenn die Spendensammler mehr als Ich verdienen. Also wieso ist das soooo schwierig meine Frage zu benatworten??

Ich habe mich in einer schweren existenziellen Notlage an diese Organisation gewendet, um Unterstützung und Beistand zu suchen. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass mir auf nationaler Ebene keinerlei effektive Hilfe oder Beratung geleistet wurde. Meine wiederholten Eingaben und Bitten um Unterstützung blieben ohne Ergebnis. Als Organisation, die sich öffentlich für den Schutz von Rechten einsetzt, hätte ich mir in einer solchen Krisensituation eine echte Hilfeleistung und eine ernsthafte Prüfung meines Falles gewünscht. Diese Erfahrung war zutiefst enttäuschend.

Je viens d'être aborder par cette association au centre-ville de Strasbourg, vos militants sont violents et insultants. On peut pas se balader sans tomber dessus, c'est insupportable. Faites quelque choses, la rue appartient à tout le monde et on a pas à se prendre des remarques de vos demarcheurs.
