Ridiculously overpriced, scammers, and liars. If you want to get screwed over, lied to, stuff destroyed, and giving the runaround for months. This is your company. Show up whenever they want, drive away without ringing your doorbell, and destroy your items. When you call about it, they will mark your delivery a manager problem who apparently doesnt actually work. Do not walk away from AM, RUN!

After stressing out for a week while waiting for my couch per these Yelp reviews, I had a very successful delivery.
On my scheduled delivery date, I was notified via automated phone call that my truck was an hour away. About 30 mins later, one of the drivers called to tell me they were running a bit early and to see if that worked for me. It did, they showed up, unboxed and brought my sofa inside, and placed it in my living room. They were very nice and were in and out quickly.
My only complaint was that since I didn't pay for "white glove delivery", they left this HUGE box in my driveway. It took forever to break down and now I have to get rid of the cardboard. Definitely not idea.
Despite the terrible reviews, I think you can get lucky with this company. Just keep your fingers crossed. Good luck!

AM home delivery has had my refrigerator at my local warehouse for two weeks and I still have no confirmation of when my delivery will be. So far they have been incredibly unprofessional and uncommunicative, and I have no path resolution.

Our range delivery was delayed for weeks and ultimately it was never delivered. They kept stringing us along every day and never provided a delivery date.

Left the fridge in my garage. Never came back to install after multiple calls and emails.

You need to contact the vendor that used this disreputable delivery service and threaten them with a credit card chargeback to get on this company to come back and actually do the job they’re paid to do . Because they won’t respond to the recipient.

Enough people need to complain to vendors who use them so they are blacklisted and go out of business

I was very pleased, Antonio and Mario delivered my refrigerator earlier than anticipated. They were extremely polite and professional. They moved the refrigerator in with ease and no damage. I highly recommended them for total satisfaction and peace of mind for your delivery.

AM Delivery is extremely unprofessional in the way that they operate. My couch was supposed to be delivered today after months of waiting, however AM called two hours before the delivery time saying that my couch will not be delivered today due to unforeseen problems with their technology in their scanners. They have no back-up plan in place for delivery and are simply waiting on tech support to solve the issue. That is absolutely absurd for a company to not have a plan in-case issues arise with technology, as it is not un-common. The lady whom I spoke with over the phone was not helpful one bit and was speaking in a rushed and outspoken manner, a little disrespectful if you ask me.
I took time off of work and out of my day to be there when the couch arrived, I even planned weekend events which I have to now cancel due to the incompetency of this company. If you are a business, do not partner with this delivery company, go with someone else.

Absolutely horrible company - I ordered from AFA Stores and this is their delivery service (it must be free). It took 11 days to pick up from the warehouse although the website promises shipping within 3-4 days; 14 days to get from NC to their MI delivery terminal; 7 days before I contacted them to determine when it will actually be delivered and the customer service rep advised they are working on a delivery date and will notify me via email and/or text (apparently they do not plan to confirm if the date/time is convenient for me). I am almost certain it will be damaged with all of the mishandling if it is actually delivered. Never again...

We had our appliances delivered yesterday and it was a nightmare. They tried continuously to quit midway through the install. They are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. For reference it was an installation of a fridge, double wall oven, cooktop, and dishwasher. They couldn't fit the built in fridge because there was a peace of packing trim still attached. They were unable to find the waterline (hiding in plane sight), and luckily my husband was able to find it after looking for 2 minutes. I cannot believe these were Cesar’s best guys. They installed the dishwasher crooked and used brackets/screws that were too big (not the ones that came with the dishwasher) so the dishwasher is now deeply scratched on both sides, and they installed the cooktop wrong. It is crooked and the electrical is exposed underneath and wasn’t bracketed. They made no effort and somehow were in our home for about 5 hours. If our appliance vendor wants to use these morons for install, request a different installer. We were lucky enough to get the Dallas crew. It was terrible.

We had amazing installers out of Phoenix, James and Victor to install our oven. The communication of the time of arrival to the installation was excellent. Happy with our service of AM Trucking.

They are the worst company to deal with from rudness to unprofessionalism. They never know anything about your expensive items to be delivered. It will take forever to get a delivery with this company. My 1st experience and this will be my last, dealing with this Company. RUNNNNN do not use them, they need to go out of business. The Owner doesn't seem to care so niether do I.

They have had my item sitting in their terminal for the past 16 days, and WILL NOT give me a scheduled time for getting it delivered. Every time I call about this, I keep being told they are working out delivery routes and will be called back the next day with a delivery date -- yet, they NEVER call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

They freaking SUCK! They lie about delivery date. Their truck just happens to “break down” 3 days in a row. How are these jokers still in business??? When I saw my delivery email I thought, great some no name delivery company, this should be great experience….I called that shot! Complete joke of a company!

The simple washing machine delivery has been a NIGHTMARE so far and I''m worried if it ever does get to my home, then what will happen there@@@!!!! I provided specific instructions re the delivery, as per the order form requested, and did the online instructions stating on May 8 that the delivery must be made ONLY Monday-FRI and between 8am - 3:30am. I have had to repeat myself multitudes of times now, via phone and emails. THE AM DELIVERY has not even come close to the requested timeframe. FIRST, they scheduled me for a saturday!!!!! and then forced me to wait days for a corrected timeframe and then scheduled me for an evening!!!!! are you kidding me? They've had the machine ready to deliver since May 15 and now it's 5/23!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER TRUST THEM BEWARE I will happily update this review, if the company actually resolves this situation

I strongly advise against using this company. Their behavior was exceptionally discourteous and unprofessional.

To elaborate, the first delivery was left outside in the rain. After waiting for a month, they failed to deliver on the second attempt. On the third attempt, despite being promised white-glove service, the driver was verbally abusive to my wife, and I had to decline the delivery. I cannot recommend this company for anything, not even the delivery of a stick of gum to a child.

I bought a diningroom table through The Classy Home. This is the delivery service they used. They have changed the days 4 different times. I am still waiting as they were suppose to come yet again, and a total no show. Yet another email wanting to deliver tomorrow. No one answers the call service, when you do get through you will get a message machine. DO NOT do "white glove" unless its a big piece- $150- Disgusted and still no table!

Horrendous experience trying to have a dishwasher delivered. It never happened. Order Canceled. Definitely would steer clear of this company !!! Petitioning for Delivery 🚚 Charge Refund due to ending up empty handed.

I ordered a 42" fridge with white glove and 1 set of steps noted. They showed up on Mach 1st with 2 guys to install. They told me they could not do it until they had 3 guys, they wanted to just leave it in my drive and I take care of it, I also offered my 4 guys across the street to help and a very large forklift also but they refused. I told them to take it back and deliver it with 3 guys. about every other day since they have moved the date out. Here I am with a date 21 days later that will get moved again. I have delt with many delivery companies and have never seen one this bad even after it was their mistake from the start. I have since contacted my other suppliers to make sure they never deliver to me anymore.
