Item was never received
My item has not been delivered and no one has reached out with an update. It's been a month. I've called a few times and no one is able to provide an explanation. I purchased an item from AFA stores, they need to select a better trucking delivery services. I do not recommend AM Home Delivery or AFA stores.
Terrible scheduling experience.
They will schedule you for delivery, harass you to confirm, and then cancel and reschedule at the last minute with no heads up until the next time they want you to confirm.

Their drivers damaged a very expensive piece of furniture while delivering my appliances. They also broke a limited edition item that I cannot easily replace.
Their whole claim system is a joke. They do not process claims and do not respond to communications. Do not ever do business with this company. They have no care for your property and will not cover damages if they break something and will also leave trash behind in your home.

Left major scratch in new hardwood
Asked the guys to put cardboard down to prevent scratching the floor. Left a 10 inch scratch in brand new hardwood. I pointed it out before they left and they put me on the phone with a women who tells me based on the picture the scratch was already there. Zero stars do not use this company
It could take a month to get something delivered
The first delivery attempt from this company they didn't bring a dolly big enough to move the fridge and they didn't bring a third man so they made us take off work and come home and sit there for 4 hours only to be told they couldn't move it. I didn't hear from them again for more than a week so I finally called them and said hey what's going on you still have our fridge when are you going to deliver. They scheduled another delivery for a week out gave us another giant 4-Hour window and halfway through it I go hey let me call these guys and see why they're not here and they tell me the third person they needed to move the fridge called in sick at 5:00 p.m. and now they're rescheduling again. Don't bother.
Just had a 48” refrigerator delivered…
Just had a 48” refrigerator delivered after one month of waiting for the delivery. The guys left all of the trash and box in my driveway when we paid for white glove delivery plus extra for the 4 man team. Very disappointed .

Hope y’all not getting anything delivered by these guys it never show up these people should be put out of business it’s a shame I’m just a hour and half from there terminal and my stuff has been there for 2 weeks and I had to go and pick it up my self get real people
Customer service could not be worse
Customer service could not be worse. No elaboration on scheduling and no effort to look into updates regarding scheduling, time frame, or re deliveries. Awful experience on various occasions.
Worst Deliver Exp in 55yrs
The worst. First time they scheduled did not say they needed a signature. We live in secure area and were around most of day and figured if they came and delivered we would be home soon to bring package inside. They came and left because needed signature. I called to reschedule (20 min on hold waiting to speak with person) and told them i would be out of town and only deliver after certain date. They then try to deliver while I’m out of town. I call back (another 20 min on hold) speak with someone again and reschedule. They call me back to leave voice mail that says scheduled for 27th between 3:30-7:30pm call us back if need to reschedule. I take off work and sit at home to make sure not to miss deliver this time. They dont show. No call/no show. Now I’m mad and ai call them again (20min on hold) they say that i didn’t confirm the delivery time. This whole experience has awful. Please be aware and dont use this company until they get their act together.

Terrible experience as so many have had. I am not sure why the NY-based appliance vendor does business through them. On 3/17 I waited for hours just to be told late in the evening by phone they couldn't deliver because their truck broke down. I would hear from them - never did unless you consider a txt message a proactive hearing back earlier today, 3/19. I waited again for an hour into my window, and called them to inquiry, and would you believe it? "...we can't deliver today because our truck broke down". How on earth can their trucks break down concidentially twice in as many days?
Pathetic company, shouldn't be in business.

This is the worst delivery company ever!! Their drivers do not care about anything, leaving my door wide open when I have cats, even while the door didn’t need to be open. They were late on my delivery, my items sat in their warehouse for 2 weeks. Then they leave ALL the garbage in my front yard from the appliances and said oh we don’t take garbage, that’s your responsibility. I have had everything in my home delivered and every other company took the garbage. This company is the worst and I will never use another company who uses AM to do the delivery!!
Lost Stove
Company lost my stove and refuse to give me any information regarding it. Absolutely irresponsible. Supplier claims that the stove was delivered to another customer. I’m still paying for it!
Horrible delivery and install service, the worst
They took almost 3 weeks to schedule delivery and all I got was robo calls to confirm the delivery date and time. It was then almost impossible to change the delivery date and time and the last straw was they when they showed up at our home, they were not aware they were supposed to install the cooktop (prepaid) and finally told me they don't install these type of units.

The absolute worst delivery company on the planet… they don’t call to confirm before arrival just show up and leave. Won’t wait 10 minutes. Charges $100+ for redelivery. Driver is a liar word is garbage.

The delivery guys, Byron and Harrison were very professional and helpful with the sofa that was delivered. It was a sleep sofa and very heavy. Thank you so much!!
Cancelled delivery THREE TIMES within 30 minutes of window
Absolutely horrendous, the cancelled our delivery on three different days, all within 30 minutes of the delivery window. We had called out of work each of these days to receive this delivery of an expensive couch that they kept canceling. Absolutely useless customer service, we will never order an item from a company that contracts with AM Home again.

O Stars. I hate to write this review because me and my wife love this furniture set. I would NEVER go through this again if I knew this would happen. The delivery service for this product and seller is awful and that's putting it kindly. 1st I was told by one of their reps it would be delivered on this date. Never showed. Then was given a second date. Never showed. Then after I called mildly upset, they decided to deliver the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Not ideal but okay, at least we have our furniture FINALLY after weeks.
My wife was 6 months pregnant and I was a month and a half healed with a broken ankle so l paid 350 dollars for "white glove service". What a joke. I was required to pay in advance. I didn't have a choice so we paid it. The day of delivery comes and a young and older gentleman arrive. They come in and inform me that they won't be performing a white glove service and I would need to either have an entire bedroom set left inside my breezeway and living room, or would have to carry it up 14 stairs. They were in no way bothered by this. I had a neighbor over and myself in a walking boot and my neighbor had to carry this up my stairs while my pregnant wife tried to help navigate and position. Not only that but we unpacked everything and inspected everything and assembled everything. The delivery company AM TRUCKING carried 6 boxes away and I was guaranteed a refund for the trouble. To this date I was told I would receive half of it back. 175 dollars for two men to stand and watch us struggle and carry a few boxes away for recycling. I obviously told them that was absurd and to this day I haven't received a single cent back for their "white glove service". Now they're saying l issued a chargeback or something with my bank in hopes that I will give up or forget or something. I've worked in customer service for 20 years and understand that some people blow things out of proportion.... This is not that. Go to Rooms to Go. Go to a local furniture store. Call these sellers direct and see if you can get your items another way. DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THAT PRICE LOOKS. It sucks because the seller has been responsive and nice and the furniture is great value but the delivery service really really ruined this for me.

First my refrigerator sat in their facility for a week and a half. First it was supposed to be to be delivered Jan. 27 then the 29th and then finally on Feb 2. The facility was only 40 miles from my home.
I just had a refrigerator delivered and they literally brought it in the kitchen and left it . No plugging it in nothing.
They didn’t speak English or so they acted like it. They had me sign a couple of electronic forms that were not in English and then left all the packing materials at the end of the driveway. We tried to stop them then in English they said one of the forms stated it was ok to leave the materials. 😡 It was not ok! I will be leaving a review on line as well.
