From initial contact to final completion, after many setbacks, the staff at the Gosforth office did their best to make my sale progress. It wasn't easy, with more than a few tense moments, but they got me there in the end. All of the office staff were sensitive to my stress and always did their best to allay my concerns. Thankyou.

The service I recently received from your Gosforth Branch was outstanding. The girls were always polite and professional even though I was at times very frustrated with the slowness of the Buyer and his Solicitor. His incessant requests for reductions was ridiculous but the girls kept me calm and convinced me not to withdraw my property. They chased the Solicitor and kept me up to date and I completed today.
