Matthew is unprofessional, aggressive and abusive - my AC was installed in July 2024 it stopped working in January 2025 horrendous experience to try and get them to look it even tho I was willing to pay

I have kids I cannot accommodate last minute bookings at 8am I was met with abusive messages from Matt

I will be reporting Matt and this company and suggest everyone else do the same

When I read some of the 1* reviews here on Trustpilot I was a little wary of Anemoi Air - until I read their Google Reviews which there are far more of.

Matt came over very quickly to quote for my new three system air-con install in a 1st floor maisonette flat. The system's now installed and working great!

Why four stars?:
- I was originally quoted a very quick start time, which made me prefer Anemoi's quote over another company. The start of the work was a little delayed, so we ended up getting things done about 10 days after the initial estimated start time.
- There were a few delays with the work from intra-Anemoi communication issues, not having the right equipment or people needed to hoist the unit into the right position. This all got sorted as quickly as possible but a bit more pre-planning could have meant I got the system in one day of work instead of a few.

The people I met: Matt, Sam and Rhea were all kind and professional and I'm happy with my new system. I'd happily recommend them.

I wish i had read the reviews before going for this company. DEPOSIT PAID, NO AC was INSTALLED
I would assume 5 stars reviews are fake.

Mathew blocked me after taking the money and Rhea stop responding after a week.
Initially she said my accountant is away, when he is back, he'll transfer the money back to my account.
It's been more than a month, still no reply.
I am surprised how this company has been running in UK for so long!!!
PLEASE AVOID IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Don’t go near this company , they are in the business of taking a large deposit £1000 off vulnerable elderly people, not delivering what they promised and refusing to give the money back!

Funnily enough the e mail address was out of action! That’s a lie about taking deposits since you took £1000 off a vulnerable older man for a job worth £3000 when he asked for his money back as the invoice didn’t coincide with what he wanted you’ve refused even though it was within three days of payment. This is against the law and he will be taking it further .
Oh btw it is £1375 that the company and Matt has refused to return to the client in question John Taylor and I shall be contacting the police on his behalf

Matt was very prompt in his competitive quote process and was patient to answer questions. The work was scheduled expediently and completed efficiently by the lads... all in all they did a good job and delivered as promised

I was very pleased with the service received. Within a day of calling I had an installation arranged for the Sunday. When Sunday came, there were no issues at all, guy who came to install was very friendly and did a great job.

Great service from Anemoi air, had installation of 1x air condition done and the Engineer (think his name was Neil) was very friendly chatty and done a fantastic job, would recommend 👍

I have a commercial boutique gym and rehabilitation centre in London W1, and when setting the premises up, I had no clue as to how I should regulated the airflow, temperature and quality of the air in these different environments of high activity training on the gym floor
generating a lot of heat and then in the treatment rooms where the patients are still and relaxed.
Fortunately, I had got in touch with the right company to help me from start to finish, with everything explained, no hidden prices, great problem solving with the space limitations for the units outside and a fantastic job overall.
Matthew talked me through all the options, gave me all the data for the size and space and then executed a great service with continued maintenance.
I have always been able to get in touch or get a call back and the service has been friendly from start to this day.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

I can’t recommend Matt and the team enough, they were attentive from point of contact right the way through to after the installation.

ABSOLUTE SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We booked Matt to install 3 air conditioning units to our new build and paid a hefty deposit in November 2022. Install was put off several times with poor excuses. Matt became outrageously rude and started ignoring our calls and communication. Rhea finally agreed to return our deposit, however it has been over 6 months and we are still out of pocket. Having to go through small claims to get our money back.

Mathew initially installed 3 units. One of these units has had nothing but issues. Over 1 year period, I have been trying to get this fixed, as all still under warranty. He dodged calls, makes appointments then doesn't show up. When I get angry with him and complained...he basically threatened me. Avoid this company with a barge pole

Matthew Morgan, the main contact and director at the company, consistently missed all the agreed timelines throughout the process. The correspondence was dismissive and lacking in detail. When I ultimately decided that I couldn't trust Anemoi Air Ltd as a supplier any longer and asked for my deposit to be refunded it full it was agreed by Anemoi Air Ltd. Since then the communication has dried up and no refund was provided despite ongoing chasing.
