Also echt, der Flughafen = totale Katastrophe! Heute zurückgeflogen – Personal mega unfreundlich und arrogant. Dazu kommt noch, dass alles unorganisiert und total chaotisch ist.

Really not a bad experience at all. I was expecting the worst having read the reviews but travelled at the end of the school holidays (UK) and definitely not the worst airport I’ve been to by some way.

Modern facility at T2. Initial security checkpoint queue was long but cleared pretty quickly. No issues at check-in or border control.

Duty free is a bit manic but it’s a busy airport so not sure what others were expecting. Didn’t struggle for seats, seems to be a reasonable amount towards the gates.

No issues with staff, we’re all reasonably friendly (or not unfriendly).

Food is pricey but it’s an airport, not unusual!

Specifically McDonalds. DO NOT USE. Charged £70 for 3 people. 2 were meals and 1 just a burger. All 3 meals came out wrong, 1 missing a burger, 1 (a cheeseburger) missing the cheese and all 3 including items removed at the touchscreen. The collection point was utter chaos. Virtually no seats either. They are ripping people off and cannot get basic selections right. Heard many others complaining too. Save your money!

Meine Erfahrung am Flughafen Antalya war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiter wirken unfreundlich, arrogant und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Statt klarer Informationen bekommt man widersprüchliche Antworten oder wird schlichtweg ignoriert. Auf Nachfragen reagieren viele mit Arroganz – oder gar nicht.

Auch die Abläufe sind chaotisch: Es gibt keine deutlichen Durchsagen oder Aufrufe, sodass man als Passagier schnell den Überblick verliert. Wer Fragen stellt, wird nicht ernst genommen, teilweise sogar belogen. Besonders erschreckend ist, dass Reisende – egal ob Ausländer oder Türken aus Deutschland – respektlos behandelt werden.

Verpasst man seinen Flug, wird man nicht unterstützt, sondern einfach „hochkant rausgeworfen“ – man fühlt sich ausgenutzt und völlig allein gelassen.

Ein internationaler Flughafen sollte eigentlich für Service, Fairness und Professionalität stehen. In Antalya erlebt man leider das Gegenteil: Ignoranz, Respektlosigkeit und ein Umgang, der alles andere als kundenfreundlich ist. Sehr enttäuschend.

This airport (T2) wasn’t quite as bad as I expected from the other reviews. Both security checks (one at entrance one after passports) were reasonably efficient and the check in queue for put Sun Express flight was fine. We were through all checks and into the main area within around an hour. As other people have said, the prices were ridiculous. £20 for 4 drinks from KFC! We would have been inclined to spend more on food and drink if the prices hadn’t been so high, but didn’t spend any more on principle. Also there is very very little sitting space so be prepared to stand up a lot.

Ich bin Diabetiker und benötige im falle einer Unterzuckerung eine 0,33l Flasche Cola, leider musste ich diese wegkippen da mir dies verboten wurde mitzunehmen trotz Ärztlicher Bescheinigung.
Der Flughafen ist sehr schlecht gesichert ich benötige Nadeln um mir Insulin einzuführen und niemand vom Personal hat es interessiert auch meinen Sensor nicht wo ich Sprengstoff haben könnte und dies hat niemanden Interessiert

It's 2025 for an airport not to have wifi available to ticketed passengers is shameful. You are asked to get a password from the cafe lady, none of the cafe ladies give the wifi. They say no wifi when you can see it as an available network. People have things to do online and then flights get delayed you don't have anything to keep you busy.

The airport is awful. It’s just been extended but still it’s so badly managed. Overcrowded at busy times, no trolleys available, long queue times and ridiculously priced food. One of the worst I’ve been to and I’ve been to 30+ countries

„Der Flughafen Antalya ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Schon beim Betreten fällt auf: Alles ist maßlos überteuert. Ein Menü kostet locker 30 €, was eine bodenlose Frechheit ist. Egal ob Duty-Free oder Restaurants – hier wird man gnadenlos abgezockt. Das Personal ist dazu noch extrem unfreundlich und vermittelt keinerlei Gastfreundschaft.
Fazit: Selbst 1 Stern ist zu viel! Ich würde diesem Flughafen am liebsten 0 Sterne geben. Eine absolute Zumutung für Reisende.“

Absolutely awful! This would put me off returning to Turkey. From going through the doors to leaving on the plane every second was stressful long queues. Having got there 3 hours early for my flight at 10pm we still literally just made the tui flight to Gatwick within minutes of it closing. I pulled a tendon in my leg running to the gate. Such a shame as looking at the airport whilst running through it looked lovely. You must lose so much money through people not having time to shop. The tui ticket people where ultra slow just chatting casually and laughing between themselves. At times I was wondering if the girl on 564 was actually enjoying watching people getting stressed. I will definitely avoid returning.

WLAN funktioniert nur mit Perso und dann für nur eine Stunde, langsam, unzuverlässig. An den Terminals zum Check in keine Begrenzung für die Warteschlangen jeder stellt sich an wie er will und wenn man dann endlich eingecheckt ist könnt man nicht raus weil die Schlangen um einen herum alles blockieren. Burgerking menus starten bei 25€ genauso wie subs einfach nur Crazy abzocke.

Literally the worst airport I’ve ever seen in my whole life. How come there’s no a single employee in the waiting area to help? No help at all, all the staff I reached out to was extremely rude to me or ignored my existence. My flight ticket have no gate on it, it’s less than an hour until the flight and I still don’t know what’s my gate. How come? No seats for people, they’re literally sitting on the floor. Everything’s awful.

The passport control lady was extremely rude. Kept shouting at my daughter even though she is 8 and couldn’t understand what she wanted us to do. Only bad thing about our holiday. Customer service at this airport is shocking

Der Flug mit Sunexpress von Graz nach Antalya um 19.00 war super doch dann gings los. Lange,jedoch bekannte Wartezeit auf den Koffer. Anschliessend zum Terminal 2.Planmässige Wartezeit von 9 Stunden auf den Anschlussflug. Keine Sitzgelegenheiten in Terminal 2. Du wirst, wenn du deine Beine mal ausruhen möchtest in den total überteuerten Restaurantbereich gehen. Endlich beim Einchecken bei Southwind nimmt der Mann am Pult für deinen kleinen Handgepäckskoffer mit 7 kg (mit Foto belegbar) 40 Euro ohne Bestätigung ab. Auf nachfrage wurde mir gesagt.." Du kannst auch da bleiben".Das Köfferchen durfte ich dann mit in die Kabine nehmen. Der nächste Schock kam dann zuhause beim Auspacken des Koffers. Meine Sonnenbrille die im Aufgabegepäck verstaut war,war weg. Ebenso 3 Lederbrieftaschen und 2 Visitenkartenetuis.Sie waren als Mitbringsel gedacht. Zu bemerken wäre noch dass der Koffer versperrt war. Ich werde den Airport Antalya in Zukunft meiden. Es gibt bessere Alternativen..

Worse airport I’ve ever been to not an enjoyable experience at all!
You spend the whole time in airport in 4 different ques no time to shop or eat before you board the plane

Bei Ankunft haben wir fast 3 h am Kofferband gewartet, dass ein Koffer kommt...dann standen schon Touristen neben uns , die den Flug 2,5 h nach uns gestartet sind...Katastrophe vorallem mit kleinen Kindern, kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten etc...Rückzu war MC D. ein Schock, 70€ für 4 Hamburger und ein kleines Menü+ 4er Nuggets! eine kleine Limo 8,50 €...absolut frech. Man läuft die 4 h die man zu vor dem Abflug am Flughafen ist nur durch das Gebäude...eine kurze Pause von 15 min essen mehr geht auch nicht, weil man sonst den Flug kaum schafft...absolut überfüllt und überteuert, unorganisiert....

Probably the worst airport in Turkey. Fraport are utterly shameless in the way this airport is run. Over priced is an understatement and there is no order at all. Complete free for all. The only polite individuals I encountered were the officer at passport control and the girl at the boarding gate. Seriously considering other areas of Turkey in order to avoid this national embarrassment.

One of the worst airports I’ve ever been to. They only accept digital tickets from a very limited nr of airlines (why???). The staff is rude, food prices are through the roof (12 EUR for a McD cheeseburger, really??). The staff is rude and doesn't seem to speak english. Flight was delayed.

If you have the chance to make use of a different airport, please do so...this was the worst i've ever been to.
