Absolute crap will never use again sent…
Absolute crap will never use again sent to wrong address even though it asked me if the billing address was the same I clicked Yes then it sent it to some random billing address so they’ve sent my medication elsewhere not happy with a customer service I sent to replace it they said no I would have to pay again. Will never use this company again absolute shite.

Dear Steve,
We are sorry that you are unhappy with your experience. We have investigated this carefully. Your order was dispatched to the delivery address recorded on your account at the time the order was placed, which was also recorded as your billing address. The same address appeared on your dispatch confirmation, and Royal Mail subsequently confirmed delivery to that address with photographic proof of delivery.
Your account address was changed only after the order had already been dispatched and delivered. We have found no evidence that the pharmacy or Royal Mail sent the order to an address different from that provided with the order.
As this involved prescription medication that had been correctly dispatched and confirmed as delivered, we were unfortunately unable to provide a complimentary replacement.

Item missing by my mistake could not be rectified
I didn't realise that I needed to add the Scopoderm to the travel pack and I have tried to call and message to rectify this but I have had no response.

I think using anytime doctor has been a great experience, yes my medication treatment is expensive (terbinafine) but convenient since getting an appointment these days isn't great. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the service.
I have had so many contradicting messages.
I answer each message with the information they ask. Then they send me a further message asking the same question.
Have now been 6 days for them to dispatch my order.
But still nothing.
Left a message on the phone this morning, no reply.
Left a message on my dashboard. No reply.
Would not recommend this company.
Now they say they can’t add medication to my request after asking me if I require medication to be added to my order. How strange !!!
Now waiting for a refund.
