My medicines never arrived
My medicines never arrived. I asked Anytime Doctor several times over a 5 month period to review the situation. They didn’t.
When I left a 2 star review on Trustpilot, they were quickly in touch offering £10 in compensation for my £70 medicines not arriving.
Happily I discovered Health Express whose listed price for the same medicine was £14 cheaper. They delivered within 24 hours, so that’s where I’ll be shopping in future.

Following your report that your parcel had not been received, we raised the matter with Royal Mail. Their tracking recorded the item as delivered, however we did not receive a response to our subsequent enquiry. We fully accept that we should have kept you updated whilst this was being investigated and apologise for that lack of communication.
We appreciate your feedback and have reviewed our internal processes to help ensure that investigations of this nature receive regular follow-up updates in future.

Would not recommend
Order process easy however it said next day delivery but it didn’t get dispatched till late the next day so although ordered on Monday I didn’t receive it till the Thursday.

There was no medication delivered…
There was no medication delivered within the package just an empty bag!
After contacting Anytime Doctor I have had a replacement sent out and was received within a couple of days, really happy with the outcome.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. After investigating, it was apparent that the parcel had been damaged whilst in the Royal Mail network and the contents were lost in transit. Once this was brought to our attention, we arranged a replacement to be dispatched promptly.
