Selecting and customizing the PC you want is very easy and simple and they call you to ask how you'll use the PC to make sure you have the right parts for the job which I'm glad they do that

Replaced PSU + More. poor customer support

I spent roughly $3,500 on a custom built pc with compatible parts. It took 3 months for them to build and ship the computer. Although they communicated their delays, they did not tell me why it was delayed. After 3 months of waiting it finally arrived.. only at the wrong address. I finally got it and set it up. After about a week, I found an issue. When experiencing high usage, the PSU’s (750W Manik power supply) internal safety mechanism would be tripped, causing the computer to shut off. This sometimes happened on boot. After dealing with this for months, I finally replaced it with a Corsair RM850e. No issues since. Apex experienced a recall of about 17000 units due to no proper safety labeling. I got a letter in the mail about how the unit was “unsafe” and I needed to “put this sticker on the unit” after I replaced the already faulty power supply. On top of that, it came with the gpu bracket incorrectly mounted, so I had to reposition it in order to plug in my monitors. Manik’s (apex’s house brand) poorly made fans rock and click inside the case. The Manik case has very poor airflow. The BT and WIFI adapters Apex sent were flimsy and broke almost immediately. After replacing nearly every part in the computer, it runs like a dream. I’d like to say this is user error but there were no other options for these faulty parts.

Awesome pc and customer service

They did a great job all around. Had a couple hiccups through out the build but brandon was great. Only thing id recommend is they get alittle better with communicating the build status if a problem arises. Other than that great. Pc is great runs amazing no issues as well.

Follow up upgrade suggestions

System engineer Brandon Walker called and really went into detail about what each component does and why a single upgrade has to be supported by the surrounding structure. He broke things down well and is Extremely professional and knowledgeable, and this reflects well on his position and AGPcs

My husband and I could not be happier…

My husband and I could not be happier with our 2 Custom Build PC's.

We ordered identical systems with AMD Ryzen 5 7600Xs, NVidia GeForce RTX 5060s and 32 GB of RAM ( as well as an upgrade of Apex 240MM AIO Liquid Coolers and CPU Contact Frames).
The site was super easy to use, and very clear on what each component brought to the system and reccomendations for the specific games we play.

They arrived very fast and the packaging was great! We set them up, and one of them didn't turn on !!!
BUT, we knew that it was probably a loose connection and my husband got on the phone with support and the tech who answered the phone got the engineer who BUILT the systems on the phone too and they got it all fixed up ( disconnected PSU cables) .

Everything from the purchase to support to the product has been so easy and exactly what we needed.

We have been playing WOW non-stop (on Ultra settings btw) and they are so fast and smooth and clean! Everything is cable managed so nicely and we can see everything and it just is BLAZING FAST.

Thanks for helping some old gamers get back into a game they love.

Customer Service exceeded expectations again!

While waiting on my PC to arrive I have been trying to maximize my setup, which included a monitor that could perform the best within my price range. I called the customer support for help. Tim helped me (for the second time on a different topic, he's the CSM, and is awesome) make a decision that would support my new system the best while I was looking and relaying specs to him while in the store. That is the definition of "above and beyond" customer service.

Also, I want to give credit to Brant?!? Maybe? You were very helpful in the time I spoke with you, and I cannot find the paper where I wrote your name down on. Sorry bro.

Also, credit to John. I called about new dimensions to my case and he was more than helpful.

I think that is all. However, this isn't a bad problem to have. Apex has better customer service.

They called me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I'm very new to PCs and haven't had one before and so I had a lot of questions. I spoke with Brandon Walker on the phone and he happily answered any questions I had which helped me a lot. He made sure I knew what I was getting and how each thing works. I am very satisfied with the call.

The PC build was excellent

The PC build was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. Overall, this is a top-tier company to work with. The delivery was also great—safe and on time.

I love my pc

Shipping took a minute due to some product needed to be ordered. One meh thing ill mention about the shipping is that if you buy more than a pc tower be prepared to have two shipments.
I had some hiccups with my purchase/pc, but most of them were resolved with haste. They even helped with things that were simple issues and was not "on" apex to fix. I had little knowledge about pc's when I first got my pc and apex customer service was VERY helpful. I am over all very happy with my pc and the service apex had provided <3

Very Pleased!

This is my first gaming PC, and I have been very pleased!

I would like to give a shout-out to the customer service department because they were super helpful! Shortly after my PC arrived I thought there was an issue. Whenever I emailed tech support, they always responded within 24 hours. Then, when I had to call, Tim stayed on the phone with me for over an hour. He even said he was missing a meeting so that he could find the issue for me. In the end, it was a Windows issue and there was nothing at all wrong with my PC. But, I never would have been able to figure it out without his help.

I'm happy to recommend Apex to anyone looking for a new gaming PC!

Good group of people who actually care…

Good group of people who actually care about the product they are putting out, Brandon was awesome talking to, he cares about the customer and wants to make sure they are getting the best from the company that they can. I would definitely get another pc from these guys again in the future.
