Great Support & Quality Build

I ordered an Apex Alpha PC with extra customizations for the specs and hardware. I needed a new PC badly and ASAP - my current one was outdated years ago and really started chugging even on basic tasks.

The price is worth what you get - the support team is proactive and quick to reply, and my PC came with a warranty for a few years and lifetime support. I'm thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and speed of the support team. My PC came fully put together, all I had to do was strip off some packaging and film, connect it all, and set it up! Runs fantastic and I am satisfied.

Everyone was super friendly & nice

Everyone was super friendly & nice. Nothing about the visit was uncomfortable, even when wearing the photo “outfit”. This company has a great crew & I cannot wait to see them on the post op side!

System did not ship for over a month…

System did not ship for over a month when I called for an update I was told this was because their shipping printer was broken... when I recieved it I watched all the setup vids but the system did not work.. when I called support they told me I had to connect a power cable to the video card there was nothing about that in the instructions.

Took so long to find 1 peice for them…

Took so long to find 1 peice for them to build it and it came broken in the mail which meant I had to spend £700+ for repairs

Waiting on verification of payment…still but overall I love how they don’t use lenders and it’s straight through them! So can’t wait to try my new pc out when I receive it!

Looking for a PC? This is your answer!

Purchasing our first PC for gaming, streaming and school work and we ended up with an apex streamer after weeks of research. Being our first PC we had A LOT of questions & Brandon was phenomenal in answering them, helping us setup the best PC for us after our purchase, and making us feel 100x better than walking into a big box storefront. The whole process was very personalized which felt unique for something that could have just been bought online. Thanks Brandon!

Replaced PSU + More. poor customer support

I spent roughly $3,500 on a custom built pc with compatible parts. It took 3 months for them to build and ship the computer. Although they communicated their delays, they did not tell me why it was delayed. After 3 months of waiting it finally arrived.. only at the wrong address. I finally got it and set it up. After about a week, I found an issue. When experiencing high usage, the PSU’s (750W Manik power supply) internal safety mechanism would be tripped, causing the computer to shut off. This sometimes happened on boot. After dealing with this for months, I finally replaced it with a Corsair RM850e. No issues since. Apex experienced a recall of about 17000 units due to no proper safety labeling. I got a letter in the mail about how the unit was “unsafe” and I needed to “put this sticker on the unit” after I replaced the already faulty power supply. On top of that, it came with the gpu bracket incorrectly mounted, so I had to reposition it in order to plug in my monitors. Manik’s (apex’s house brand) poorly made fans rock and click inside the case. The Manik case has very poor airflow. The BT and WIFI adapters Apex sent were flimsy and broke almost immediately. After replacing nearly every part in the computer, it runs like a dream. I’d like to say this is user error but there were no other options for these faulty parts.
