We were looking for for a guaranteed rent service and had Simon who helped us go through the initial process to see whether Apex could support us. From the offset, I appreciate the communication from Simon, making it clear what Apex could potentially offer and being honest about expectations relating to our property and it's location in the building which might prevent Apex from taking this on. Despite all of this, Simon took the information provided and investigating thoroughly before responding with a detailed answer which was appreciated. Although Apex were not able to support us with this property, I'd happily approach them again in the future based on the straightforward service and communication which we experienced.

The worst service I have ever had from any company my entire life.

They lied, gaslighted, wrecked my flat with negligence and gave 25% of the cost of damage needed to restore my flat.

Avoid at all costs. Utterly shameless.

Mishi has been a great support. Very respectful, and patient with getting repairs done. Definitely impressed with the quality of service and property.

I have had a consistently poor experience, as communication has been inadequate. Messages often go unanswered, requiring repeated follow-ups. Even when contact is eventually made, commitments—particularly regarding repairs—are not honoured, and promised actions are not carried out. Leaving you stuck.
I will not recommend

They are quite prompt in taking action on the few occasions when it has been required. Excellent communication

Pleasure working with Tómas Townsend, by far best agent i’ve worked with at apex. Keeps me up to date with maintenance and any issues the property has and how to resolve them.

What a AWFUL company managing terrible property, they fumigated an infested property next to my home and dumped all their furniture on my doorstep. when tried to speak with them they said that the property manager was out of office and just put me on hold. Terrible, terrible company.
