I would strongly urge anyone considering using APL to reconsider. We are unable to reach our conveyancer, he appears to all but have ceased working on our cases; a sale and a purchase. He ignores us, the buyers solicitor, the vendors solicitor and both estate agents. We are also unable to reach the team. I have tried ALL DAY today to call the team number; it was not answer ONCE. I email and mark them urgent, leave voice message after voice message and email complaints. No one gets back to me. I am sadly losing hope and feeling is highly unlikely to that we will buy our dream house.

As someone who has worked with traditional conveyencing companies large and small I was initially unsure of the level of service I would receive given how competitive the fees were, however I needent have worried as Daisy Ngenge was highly responsive via telephone, email and text and very prompt in dealing with my house sale where there were time sensitivities.
