Matt is a highly valued colleague. I don't see him as a 3rd party. He's part of the team here. He's always helpful, tenacious, insightful, reliable and professional. He is hugely experienced and knowledgeable. If Matt had to leave I'd be most upset to lose him.

Hi. Our office put in a telephone request for assistance in the late morning and in a couple of hours the issue was solved to our full satisfaction by remote.

The lady who received the call was very friendly over the phone, and Mr Jason Goss, who worked on our request, has been professional and very quick.

Our contact at Apogee is AJ Burton. We found AJ to be very knowledgeable, he was able to answer many of questions straight away. If he did not know the answer he would find out and come back to us immediately. We initially we looking to buy a replacement printer/photocopier, but as a result of the excellent service he provided we purchased an A0 plotter as well. My main contact with Apogee is Andy Hinchliff and over the past few years we have been working together i have found him very professional, and always there to help resolve any issues we have.
Since implementing the managed printers within our dealerships, he has assisted us in reviewing current usage and recommending where necessary alternate options to both save us money and also improve our overall experience. I would gladly recommend Andy to anyone who has similar issues as we had, in the knowledge he would also improve there printing issues. In all my years within the IT arena, it is always the printer that cause problems and to have this removed is a burden lifted.

I always get a good experience from a gentleman named Jason Goss. He always takes care of my queries and completes them in a timely manner. He is a great help and I know I can contact him, if i need anything else :)

In 25 years of managing IT departments and small busineses, I've never expereinced such troublefree printers as the current suite of HP printers supplied & managed by Apogee. On the odd ocasion something does go wrong, their service department takes care of it in short order.
