Apollo blinds Macclesfield - I'd give zero stars if I could for the service the manager Nick Clough has given me. I spoke to him to measure up some blinds in my apartment after the old ones (also from Apollo) had broken. He agreed and would coordinate with my tenants. 2 months of chasing him and him telling me he had scheduled and rescheduled to go over 2 different times only for him to finally send me an email saying 'I no longer cover this area, so unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to help you on this occasion'

Absolutely disgusting service - spoken to Apple blinds the next day they had a measurement sorted the next week!

Being a previous Apollo Blinds customer, I had no hesitation in contacting Rob to quote us for new shutters for our living room bay window. Rob managed the fitting appointment, quotation and final fitting brilliantly. On the fitting day our shutters were installed within a few hours and they look beautiful. I will always recommend Apollo and Rob to anyone looking for a professional and reliable blind fitting service.

Absolutely delighted with George in the Cadzow Street branch of Apollo Blinds. My mother and I both ordered different styles of blinds (Twilight and semi opaque rollers) for two different homes and found George friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We left the shop confident that with his helpful advice we had ordered blinds that suited our requirements. He promptly came to measure the windows and our blinds arrived from the manufacturer earlier than expected. George expertly fitted the blinds within minutes and did a thoroughly professional job. All the blinds are made with quality materials and beautifully finished to a high standard exactly as expected. We highly recommend George for his considered approach and reliability in providing a wonderful service from start to finish - honestly we couldn’t be more pleased.

One blind longer than the other, which was dealt with but I have a bad deep scratch on my window, my word against theirs, so just left with a lovely deep scratch, which when they came back filled with some sort of repair kit, badly done now window has bad marks of some plastic residue.

They installed blackout blinds for me (Bloc XL) which have proved very effective. I had problems with one which they fixed, and now, nearly five years later another problem occurred and they've fixed that too for no charge as the blinds were under an extended guarantee.

I’ve just had bifold blinds supplied and fitted by Alan at Apollo. Everything from initial visit and advice to final fit and aftercare explanation were superb. You won’t find a nicer more capable guy who goes over and above to make sure you’re totally happy with the outcome. If you’re looking for a quality and professional service he’s your man.

We have just moved into a new office in Dumfries and in the process of moving in and the blinds were not something I considered. I called Ryan and despite me giving him short notice he can out the same day. He explained the different options and prices without over complicating the process or pushing the hard sell. The blinds were installed two weeks later and Ryan arrived on the agreed date and time and got on with the installation with no fuss. I would have no problem with recommending Ryan @ Apollo and would use him again.

Stuart from Apollo Blinds gave exceptional service from initial visit to measure up and show us their extensive range of samples to suit every scenario, to fitting them a few weeks later. Would highly recommend.

Throughout the process Matthew provided an exceptional service. From the initial quote, to ordering and finally installation. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We discussed colour, style, and material at length. I had the entire house fitted and it looks fantastic. All shutters have been well installed and faultless which includes a wall length set on a rail. I would highly recommend using Apollo Blinds Cumbria.

I cannot fault the service we received from Appollo Blids Isle of Wight. From John who visited & talked us through our options, Danielle who kept us informed from ordering to delivery, then Ben & Phil who fitted. Their workmanship is outstanding.

Very disappointed with some of the blinds fitted by Apollo blinds , and even more disappointed with the after sales and constant promise’s of coming to fix them yet again ….. each week for last 6 weeks Nick has promised to turn up that week but again still hasn’t, 6 weeks in a row . We have now gone elsewhere, to the Blind people in cheadle Hulme who seem like a breath of fresh air compared to this outfit !

Apollo Blinds are an amazing company. Grant and Kirsty offer a highly professional service from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble - we had to change our fitting date 4 times, which they did for us with a smile every time.
Our blinds are the envy of all our friends - excellent quality, value for money and a
fabulous colour.
Grant fitted them expertly, after providing advice on how many were needed, where they should be located and whether to have a blackout blind in the bedroom.

I recently made contact with Apollo Blinds( Clydebank branch) and one of the owners came out to measure up my order. I had the fitter out today,Stewart who did an excellent job and with the absolute minimum of fuss.Cleaned up after himself and removed the packaging that came with the blinds.
First class job all round, from precise measuring to the quality of the blinds and the actual fitting.
And all at a very fair price.
