I brought the wrong motor and esc…
I brought the wrong motor and esc combo.my fault but I didn't realise until I had taken the cellophane of the box and opened up the motor box to see it didn't have the sensored wire. I realised then I had got the wrong combination and let the company know immediately. They did reply but initial said because I opened it and tried to install their would be a minimum of 20 percent restocking fee and of course postage. This overall would add up to over 60 pound. Now the box is brand new. And the motor never got installed. Only cellophane. Whilst I appreciate in their small print about a stock fee, I think this is alot and the product is still brand new. I'm glad all shops aren't like this. Imagine if we had to pay every time we unpacked a piece of clothing ,and yet this is a mechanical and electrical product. I won't use the company again as I don't feel the customer aftercare is good. Just so people are aware. Read the smallprint

We're really sorry that this experience left you feeling disappointed.
As you mentioned, the incorrect motor and ESC combination was ordered by mistake, and you let us know as soon as you realised. Unfortunately, by that point the manufacturer's sealed packaging had been opened and the installation had been attempted. Once a product has been opened, we can no longer sell it as brand new, which is why our returns policy explains that a reduction in the refund may apply.
We completely understand that this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate that it's frustrating. Our aim is simply to be fair to everyone, both the customer returning the item and the next customer purchasing it.
We do genuinely care about our customers and always try to help where we can, so we're sorry we couldn't provide the resolution you were looking for on this occasion.

We completely appreciate how frustrating the supplier stock delay was, especially as the item was intended as a birthday present. Unfortunately, this fell well below the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.

Appaling aftersales
Appaling aftersales. After selling me a £200 aircraft with a faulty receiver (which destroyed the aircraft after it reversed contols mid flight) I called them. Phone answered by a morose individual who stated 'what do you want me to do about it?' After asking for a return they stated they would require video of the crash and disfunction before beginning any warranty process. As I do not have this, nor the box, the money is lost. I am told by my club to avoid this store for rc products and suggest you do the same.

We take product faults and warranty claims seriously, which is why we asked for a short video and details of the issue before proceeding. This is a standard requirement that helps us establish what happened and allows us to submit the claim to the manufacturer where necessary. It also helps determine whether the issue is a product fault or the result of another factor.
We appreciate that losing the original box can be frustrating, but the absence of packaging does not prevent us from assessing a genuine warranty claim. We simply need sufficient information to investigate the issue.
We're sorry if our communication came across differently than intended. Our goal has always been to assist and find the correct resolution in line with the manufacturer's warranty process.

Brought a rc plane
Brought a rc plane from the company. There were issues with a servo, not the fault of this company so I got in touch with Eflite who produce the plane and had issues getting replacement servo. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish!! Adam in sales was so very helpful patient and professional and went above and beyond to ensure my requirements were met. Ray, the manager was top notch at informing of proceedings every step of the way. Then Val and Sonu the delivery drivers were more than helpful respectful and courteous when delivering my appliance (which was a huge fridge freezer and no means feat!!). This all meant more because I am elderly and disabled and every consideration was given. I would not and will not hesitate to recommend this company...brilliant!!

Nearly 3 years for a response!
Just wow! I wrote in Nov 2023 that this company were awful as they left my items at the end of my garden and wouldn't bring in the house. Their response arrived TODAY June 2026 saying that customer feedback is important to them - just so you now know exactly how important your feedback is!!!!

Got up Sunday morning May 24th to find fridge freezer was ‘dead’. Knowing Monday was a Bank Holiday I realised that Tuesday was probably the earliest I could expect to see a replacement delivered, but I was under pressure because my wife has medicines which need refrigerating at a certain temperature.
After checking the usual options (AO.com, Curry’s, Argos etc.) I found the ideal unit at Appliance Electronics. The delivery period was stated as 1-3 days and they would call 24 hours before delivery, but to let them know if something was urgent. There was a phone number as well as an email for the support team.
I had sent an email explaining my situation when I placed the order, but not having heard from them by return I rang on Tuesday afternoon and was told that someone from the delivery team would call me back.
Not long after Ray called me back and said he was going to have the unit delivered the next day (Wednesday) for which I thanked him. However, he called back shortly after to advise that one of his drivers had just returned to the yard and was happy to make the delivery that evening. Bearing in mind it was already 16.45 I was amazed and delighted. I had a message from Ray advising the drivers name and mobile number, along with images of the unit being loaded. At 18.15 Steve arrived and 10 minutes later the unit was in place in our kitchen!
Top class customer service guys, our thanks to all of you (and our new fridge freezer is great!)
