Having never ordered through this company before I was hesitant. However for the fridge freezer I wanted this company was the best price . I ordered late on the Monday evening and received a call Tuesday to check delivery for Wednesday ! Brilliant in the lead up to Christmas . Raj and Arnold the delivery team were fantastic - what a lovely couple of guys . So helpful and friendly and went above and beyond . The fridge arrived in perfect condition but was still throughly checked before raj and Arnold were happy to leave it with me . Over the moon with my new fridge and would definitely recommend appliance electronics and will be looking to order from here in the future. Great price and delivery organised…
Great price and delivery organised quickly. The delivery drivers (Arnold and Raj) were brilliant - they spotted some damage on the first delivery and immediately contacted the head office to arrange for a new fridge to be delivered. I was contacted later that day where the team apologised and organised a new delivery date. Arnold and Raj then came again with a new unit 2 days later and again were brilliant in bringing it inside and unpacking it.
I will also add that the damage of the first fridge was nothing to do with Appliance Electronics - all of the packaging was unmarked but the fridge had damage which I assume was from the factory before it was packaged up.
All in all a brilliant service and they dealt with the issue superbly. Thanks.

Next day delivery didn’t happen
Paid for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive they said they could not refund the money because of the low profit margin they get on the product (Traxxas Trx4m body)
Ordered on Friday morning and they said it would now arrive on Wednesday. Such a bad way to treat a loyal customer. I don’t understand what profit margins have to do with me?

Really impressed with our delivery of a tumble dryer. The delivery drivers Val and Raj rang the day before to say that they would deliver before 2pm the next day and phone an hour before arrival. On delivery they unpacked the machine to enable me to check for any damage in transit. Had a lovely chat with Val who is a credit to your company.

*WARNING* DO NOT BUY FROM Appliance Electronics
Stupidly bought a TRX-6 Hauler from Appliance Electronics with good expectations that turned out to be shockingly bad. Ok to start off we have a 749GBP model RC Truck that is labelled across the packaging and website to make you think you are getting extra goodies which is not the case at all. LED lighting is always ON wasting battery time during the day and cannot be turned OFF unless you pay extra for a Bluetooth transmitter module so you can use the phone app to turn them off but you also need to buy an extra lighting module too so Traxxarse tells me so you can actually use the indicators/turn signals that have been factory installed but don't function? No help from Appliance Electronics or Traxxarse other than the usual send it back for refund as long as it's unopened and new? How am I supposed to see any issues if I cannot open the box and run the RC truck??? Since then the LED lighting module got extremely hot to the point of catching fire so I removed it and replaced that too with far superior lighting and I have also had the main diff lock servo fail and die along with the receiver as CH2 no longer works at all so I have had to replace them out of my own pocket as Appliance Electronics won't replace them. The Transmitter and receiver are poor, well the receiver is actually faulty CH2 does not work so had to replace those too. All this with the first 4 days after delivery and it's not even been driven outside. Shocking service and even worse is part replacements that seem to not exist in Appliance Electronics store unless you buy them? So no replacement cover for user serviceable broken parts and no resolve to any issues raised other than the above send it back unopened and not used? Traxxarse are even worse as they are in the USA so shipping from the UK is a a big no unless you have money to burn!!! And want the same junk returned back to you? Also the only comment they give is " it looks pretty at night with all the lights" £749 for a plastic toy that lights up like a Xmas Tree?? 🤬🤬🤬
So in a nutshell Appliance Electronics don't care, Traxxarse don't care and I have a £749 plastic truck Xmas tree that needs extra money spent on it to work as intended!!!! Appliance Electronics will no doubt reply to all of this with some magically outrageous response along with the usual "give us a call to see what we can do to help" In other words they want to talk without anything documented so it does not fall back on them "food for thought there people".........So other than replacing my broken/failed servo's, lighting module and receiver with decent working ones there is nothing you can or will do to help so just enjoy the negative review whilst I enjoy Xmas with my plastic truck with all its lights.
Further to your Trustpilot response and failed contact via email since 10/11/2025, you clearly have no intention of rectifying this issue as you would have done so when I first contacted you last year? Thanks for sending me the worlds most expensive cheap plastic US made toy that I would deem as dangerous for consumers due to the faulty electric components that can and will cause a fire and danger to the consumers LiPo battery’s.
**Update** as of 26/06/26 Appliance Electronics finally contacted me nearly 7 months after the original fault contact and kindly posting this NEGATIVE review for them. They only contacted me because they wanted the review removed as they where not aware of any issues apparently? Which is funny because they asked me to send it back unopened? To which they deny any such contact or communication. I wasted my time and effort sending them multiple photo's/videos of the faulty components for them to not believe a single word I told them and only told me that the components where user errors even though they where sent videos of the faults as they happened, they then went on to require me to send all the products back to them at my own cost and time to "Test them?" because they don't believe me. They refuse to replace or do anything until they have done significant testing of each component even though they already have the information, it's only because they are dealing with Traxxarse that they demand all this time wasting effort to be told in the end that "NOTHING WILL EVER BE REPLACED" So all I can say to any potential customer who is about to deal with Appliance Electronics " DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM FULL STOP " They will take your money and leave you looking like a complete mug with a broken RC Vehicle.
Overall a very shocking experience and even more disgusting none customer friendly service from Appliance Electronics and a complete waste of 749GBP

We are genuinely sorry that you remain dissatisfied with your purchase. However, we feel it is important to clarify a number of statements in your review that do not accurately reflect what took place.
Firstly, we have never refused to help or refused to investigate the faults you reported. From the beginning, we explained that electronic components cannot be diagnosed or replaced under warranty based solely on photographs or videos. While these can demonstrate a symptom, they cannot establish the cause of a fault or confirm whether it is due to a manufacturing defect. The original components must be returned for inspection before any warranty decision can be made. This is not a policy unique to Appliance Electronics—it is the standard warranty process required by manufacturers and followed throughout the RC hobby industry.
Your review repeatedly states that we "wouldn't replace" the parts. The reality is that we asked for the original components to be returned so they could be assessed under warranty. Unfortunately, several components were removed and replaced by yourself before this process could take place, making it impossible for either ourselves or the manufacturer to determine their original condition.
You also state that we only contacted you because of this Trustpilot review. That is not correct. Following our original response, you contacted us requesting that we replace the receiver and servo without returning the original components. During that correspondence you also stated:
*"If you want the Trustpilot review amended or removed... then replace the parts. If you're not willing to do so then the review will remain live for all to view."*
We do not believe warranty claims should be resolved based on whether a review is amended or removed. Our position remained consistent throughout—we were happy to investigate every reported fault, but only after the original parts were returned for inspection in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty procedure.
Much of your review also relates to the design and specification of the Traxxas TRX-6 itself, including optional Bluetooth functionality, lighting features, transmitter functions and criticism of Traxxas as a manufacturer. These are product design decisions made by Traxxas and are outside of our control as the retailer. While we appreciate you may be disappointed with certain features, these are not faults attributable to Appliance Electronics.
We also note that the review makes several serious allegations, including that we "don't care", that we "left you looking like a complete mug", and that the vehicle is "dangerous" and "will cause a fire". These statements are presented as fact despite the original components never being returned for inspection, meaning neither ourselves nor the manufacturer have been given the opportunity to determine whether any manufacturing defect existed.
We welcome honest reviews, whether positive or negative, and we always strive to resolve genuine issues. However, we also believe reviews should present a fair and accurate account of events. There is an important distinction between refusing assistance and requiring the manufacturer's standard warranty process to be followed.
Our position remains unchanged today. If you return the original components for inspection, we will gladly process them through the manufacturer's warranty procedure and continue to assist wherever possible. That offer has always been available and remains open.
We wish you all the best and remain willing to help should you decide to proceed with the warranty process.

I wish I could give zero stars. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I bought an American-style fridge freezer from Appliance Electronics and the service was completely unacceptable from day one. First of all, they don’t even let you choose a specific delivery date – not even if you’re willing to pay extra. I called customer service to explain that I needed delivery on a particular day, and the staff member told me they would “mark it” so delivery would be after that date. That’s obviously not what I asked for, and it felt like they didn’t really care about my situation at all.
When I called again to speak to the delivery team, the attitude was just as bad, if not worse. The person on the phone was extremely rude and clearly impatient, like they didn’t want to talk to me. At one point they even mentioned there were other people on the line waiting, as if I was wasting their time. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.
Then there’s the delivery itself. For a large American-style fridge, they told me that if my property only has a single front door, they would not bring it into the house. They would only take it inside if there were double doors. So what are customers supposed to do? Move a massive double-door fridge into the house by themselves? It’s ridiculous.
To make things even worse, when I finally decided to cancel the order, I was told this could only be done by email. I was already on the phone with customer service, but they said they couldn’t process cancellations over the phone and that I had to email instead. Completely inconvenient and unhelpful, especially after everything that had already happened.

Never used this company before, but certainly would do again. Placed an order for a gas hob 3-30ish, received a phone call around 4pm to say delivery next day, unbelievable, as we don’t live local to store. Hope the connection of the new gas hob goes as good. Very well done

I am very disappointed in how I have been treated with my last 2 orders.
they have a very poor customer service.
they can’t even take responsibility for the first mistake with my order and blame DPD.
they perfectly know the crown on the diff I bought from them is not compatible with the input gear that came with it.
they make stupid comments like I have fitted incorrectly and the crown has gone from spiral cut to straight cut by incorrect fitting, if they knew what you was talking about that is impossible to happen.
my problem could have been delt with very easy by them returning diff and input gear to vitavon as there not compatible with each other and refund or replace my item.
they accuse me of incorrect fitting and incorrect meshing there is no meshing adjustment for this part so again they are talking false information.
the support team for RC Cars are very dishonest and can not be trusted i would never buy from this company again.

As a retailer, we are unable to authorise refunds or replacements where a manufacturer or supplier has determined that a product has been installed, used, or damaged in a manner that falls outside of their warranty terms. Any compatibility concerns or manufacturing issues must ultimately be assessed against the supplier's technical guidance and findings.
We regret that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations and are sorry that this has left you with a negative impression of both our company and support team.

Our delivery of a large fridge was on time by Val and Curtis who were friendly and efficient successfully negotiating the small hurdles through our house to the required spot.
They checked the fridge thoroughly to standard and tidied up the packaging before leaving - An excellent job.
